Was disappointed with the staff at time of booking, they failed to let us know that the majority of the rooms were booked by young kids for a soccer event. The soccer parents were out in the hall ways drinking while the kids were running up and down the hallway yelling and screaming till after 1 AM. Then started again around 7:15AM. No consideration for other non soccer guests. At no time did the staff walk through to curtail the drinking and kids out of control.

Pros: The water was hot.
Cons: Customer service, definitely.
Location: Across the road from where our exam was being held.
We booked a room with 2 beds in it. We were there for a state exam in the area and wanted to get a relaxing, spacy room which would be comfortable. We were given a room about 13 X 14 feet with a double bed in it. When I called the front desk, I was told that Expedia booked it and the only thing they had available to us would be this same room with a cot. So much for being comfortable!! The front desk informed me there was no manager on duty (this was a Friday night) until Monday and they would have the manager call me at home on Monday night. It is a week later and I have heard nothing. I paid a lot of money for that room and received about $50.00 worth. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. No bath mat for the floor, we had to use a towel. I asked for a receipt and they told me they don't give anything since the room was booked through Expedia. When I booked a room 2 weekends in a row in Maryland, I had no problems with a receipt and I booked that room through Expedia.

Easy access location, great bar, restaurantPosted Oct 28, 2014
Location: 2 large outlet malls within 15 minute drive. Many eateries in the area as well.
Attended a baby shower luncheon, stayed overnight and enjoyed Sunday brunch with friends the next morning.

tourist hotel catering for them by the bus load.Posted Oct 23, 2014
Pros: Front porch
Cons: Lighting in bar and restaurant.
Location: Isolated - need car.
We were OK until 3 bus loads of tourists arrived. Could not be seated for dinner until they cleared out. Lighting in bar and restaurant needs some work, currently very uninviting. WiFi weak in our room and never got it to work. No business center despite being described in hotel info sheet and shown on the map. Laundry service does not exist despite being described in the info sheet (same day turn around if delivered before 7am). Don't bother to get up early. Breakfast was 3 deep with tourists, so we went to a nearby diner and did better. Otherwise OK if that's what you want.
