“Great location to all the sites, restaurants, and outlets”

Hershey Hotel was all that we expected... not a fancy chain hotel, but rather a quaint local hotel that gives you the true feeling of the area. The grounds are beautiful. With plenty to keep children busy. The pool overlooked a hill and lake with ducks to feed.... beautiful. Room was clean and comfortable, and no request was unattended to. Buffet breakfast was included in our stay, and was wonderful. The room rates were more than fair as breakfast was included for my family of 4. There are 3 different and separate buildings to stay at. We were at the hotel with inside rooms. The pool is located there. There is also the Carriage House and Farm House which have rooms that open to the outside and are all on ground level. All rooms are located centrally and are an easy stroll to the restaurant, farm animals, pool, and lake. Would definitely go back!!!!

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times...we are repeat customers because the rooms are clean, attractively decorated, and the management always honors our preferences. The restaurant is homey and the food is good. The staff makes you feel like family. It's a very nice experience to stay there. It's very affordable, too.

“good hotel”

stay was nice for a week end. kids loved the two playgrounds on site and the farm animals. food it's OK but very abundant. room was clean but a little old, in need of re-painting (same for the bathroom that needs some renovation). Overall the hotel was very good for the price and the amenities and the location. Will definitively go back in summer for the pool

“Pool Side Rooms are Better”

Hershey Farm has excellent customer service. The Front desk was personable and attentive to our needs. They definately made sure you felt at home and assisted in providing information on tours and guides. However I feel that the rooms themselves could use some upgrades. They need to upgrade there microwaves,refrigerators,televisions and bedsheets. They were clean but 1980's. I noticed the pool side rooms were a bit better than the one we stayed in. The Hershey Farm Restaurant was delicious. There food was so tasty and it was the best part of my trip. The pool itself needed some cleaning and maintenance. This place is okay for a low cost family trip...Great for kids to run around outdoors and see farm animals.
