“Great lodging!”

Quiet room. Seemed brand new! In a full-sized mall with lots of restaurants in walking distance as well as shopping.

Restauraunts, mall, theatre all in walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. Adjustable bed does seem a little hard at first but if you set it to soft it is really soft, so I would recommend putting it on medium depending on your preference. Everything was secure, I went to get ice and the ice machine and vending machines were in a secure hotel key access only. When coming to hotel late at night, entrance is also key entry only. Hotel restaurant inside as well, I did not get a chance to try it though. Staff was friendly and ready to help.

“quiet, convenient, good services”

We chose this hotel because out of the comparable local options, this one had food service! We expected to be out for long hours at a sporting event, so getting a hot breakfast, and having the option for a late dinner, were important. Thought it was an excellent value. Our room had coffeemaker, microwave, and mini-fridge, another great feature. The morning hot breakfast was completely satisfactory, and bar/room service in the evening was very good. Their mac 'n' cheese dish was delicious, and perfect on a cold night. Getting in and out was a little tricky due to Palmdale's poor signage for Highway 14. Otherwise the location was good, well out of major traffic, not right next to the highway. The hotel is at the back of the Antelope Valley Mall and is convenient to shopping, movies, restaurants, and gas stations. Everything was clean. Front desk service was also good. We had one little snag with a delay in adding the last morning's breakfast to our bill, but we consider this minor and will definitely return next time we are going to Palmdale.

Everything was wonderful especially the beds. The waitress in the hotel waitress was so kind, funny and helpful. It made us feel so welcome while away from home.

Great location, next to resturant row, the mall, the theater, and lots of other shopping areas. Wonderful staff, lots of extra's to make you comfortable! Best beds for added comfort, quiet. My favorite place to stay!!

When we return to Palmdale, we will stay here. Friendly, clean, comfortable. The breakfast for only $5 more, paid at check in, was a good deal.

“Very well maintained hotel in a great location close to the mall”

The hotel served our purpose very well. We were there for a soccer tournament and the convenience to the soccer fields was great. The delicious, complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. The kids loved the baked cookies in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the location of our room. It was adjacent to the elevators and it was very noisy.

“Go the extra mile”

I thought everyone was great and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. I just thought they should have a complimentary breakfast verses sitting down and having to order something. That would be better for the business traveler.
