Holiday Inn Express Lancaster - Rockvale Outlets

Everything was good except the beds were too soft. I prefer a firm mattress and these were not. Also, the coffee was not very good. The breakfast selection was very good, but when they say it ends at 9 they meant 9am. They began putting everything away at 9, so don't be late or you'll miss out.

Just stayed for one night. Hotel was clean bathroom definitely needs some updating. The continental breakfast was good except they packed it away exactly at 9:30am with a packed dinning room.

Large rooms, well presented. Only (constructive) criticism is the a check-list approach to customer service causes them to call your room shortly after you've checked in to make sure everything's okay... and they wake you up!

Booked one king bed got 2 twin beds location is great

Everything was nice, breakfast etc. My only complaint is we booked a King w/ sleep sofa and ended up with 2 queens- the system was apparently "down" when we booked so the manager changed us. Just would have been nice if they told us before we actually got to the room. They did offer to give me the manager's phone number. Otherwise very accomodating and went well.

We stayed at this hotel after a concert at the American Music Theatre. It was super clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful AND, OMG! It is surrounded by shopping!! Loved it!

My husband and i stayed overnight at this hotel and it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff and the maintenance were very helpful and accomadating. Our room smelled fresh as we entered and the bed was very comfortable. A great location too, especially if shopping the outlets. Enjoyed!
