Nice hotel, conveniently located.

Pros: Cleanliness and location.
Cons: Taller bathroom counters and commodes.
Location: Centrally located with all Amish attractions nearby. Amusement park is about a 10 minute drive and plenty of good restaurants nearby.
Cons first: Bathroom was small and the commode and counter are the older lower style. No waffle maker in the breakfast area. Towels are getting a little thin. Pros: Located in the center of the Amish country in an outlet mall, near many sights and restaurants. Very clean facility throughout and the staff was friendly. Breakfast area was not crowded and the selection is good. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable with soft and firm pillows. This is our third stay at this hotel and will stay here again.

Cons: N/A
Location: Location is convinient..you can walk to the outlet and shop..There is a Subway across from the hotel and you can walk to restaurants or fast foods.
The hotel staff is very cordial and helpful. Breakfast buffet serves a variety of hot/cold healthy foods. Hotel is clean and quiet. Location is convinient..you can walk to the restaurants and outlet. I want to thank Mr. James for being so helpful..

Convenient and easy for families

Pros: Excellent location and convenient for families with small children. We stay every year for our vacation to Dutch Wonderland and the Amish villages.
Cons: The pool area could use improvement. It was a bit rundown but suited our needs with little children.
We stayed for four nights for our family vacation. We love the convenience and location of this hotel and stay there every year.

Clean, fresh and friendly

Everything went well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a short time frame so their precise directions were spot on. The room was large and they accommodated both of our large suitcases on stands very easily. Large pillows and comfortable beds made the evening easy. The next day we went to Bird-in-Hand and Intercourse which were only 2 and 4 miles away. It was a quick turnover for us and we couldn't have asked for more.

Pros: Microwave and fridge...though you need to jack up the fridge for it to really cool things down
Cons: Breakfast there use to have waffels and eggs use to be more egg like.
Location: We were in town for the kid attractions. So it was all about Dutch country wonderland. We also took a long detour to the Crayola factory (1.5 hours)
Our main concern was having a fridge and a microwave in our room so we could make lunch during our vacation to save some money. We also needed the fridge to hold milk for our toddler. Room was nice and clean. Everything worked. The included breakfast was passable nothing spectacular. If you're looking to save money and pack your own food for a few meals during your trip this hotel is for you.

Clean hotel close to Dutch wonderland

Very clean hotel. It was quiet and served it's purpose. The free breakfast was very convenient.

Cons: Free water, better smelling bathrooms
Location: Went to see and learn about the Amish community
The bathroom had a slight odor of ursine and it carried over onto the rest of the room

Close to airport

Pros: Close to the airport, and close to rental car return. Great breakfast and great happy hour. Courteous and friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Just stayed there before taking a flight home.
Great hotel stay, great staff and friendly, great breakfast. Close to the airport and to the rental car return.
