Needs to learn the meaning of "guest services"!!!!

Pros: I only had to stay one night and it was cheap.
Cons: Guest relations, management and wifi.
Location: Did not venture out
On duty manager was irritated that I had booked through Expedia versus walking in and told me that he would "see" if he had an "Expedia" room available, although I had booked 24 hours earlier for check in at 2pm. After several minutes he said that he found one. Next, I asked for the wifi password and he told me that it was the motels phone number. I asked him to give it to me just to prevent any confusion. He told me bluntly that it was written on the telephone within the room. I went to the room to find that there was no numbers on the phone at all, to include the dial pad. So I went back to the front desk to request the number again and informed him of the situation concerning the telephone, he stated that he would be there in a few minutes. After 47 minutes he arrived at the room and inspected the phone and asked me if I took the numbers off of the phone and the dial pad, I replied that I did not. He stated that the numbers were there the previous day. Reluctantly he gave me the motels telephone number and slammed the door. I tried using the number that he provided to use as the wifi password to not avail. I went back to the front desk with my iPad to get the correct password. He then told me that I was using the wrong password, that for the wifi password, I would have to input the motel fax number. I did that in his presence and fortunately it worked. Once I return to my room, I found that I was out of range of the office wifi. I ended up going to my vehicle to use wifi.

I just wish that when the NON SMOKING side COULD NOT SMELL cigarette smoking coming from the SMOKING SIDE of the facility. The only downfall of booking online is, you're not able to choose which floor level....smoking/non smoking when Booking.

The hotel had been recently redone and carpet has been replaced with vinyl/wood floorings. The a/c worked great and the room was minimal with no extra cushy chair and only one bedside table. But for the price,we got a lot nicer place than expected. There are many restaurants nearby. Great location and easy access.

Hotel an rooms were nice an clean.. Very good service from the moment I checked in until I checked out.. Everyone was nice an friendly.. Will definantly stay there again..
