“Great Stay”

This was clean comfortable room at a very conventient location near many attractions , restaurants, and shopping outlets for a reasonable rare. We would return.

“Pleasant stay”

We were impressed with the cleanliness and overall neatness of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The only incident we had was the cleaning personnel did not leave any clean washcloths in the room and we had to go to the front desk to pick them up otherwise everything was great. Also, there is a Texas Roadhouse right beside the hotel and with your key card you received an entree free. Awesome. Love that Roadhouse food. This was our first time staying in a Red Roof Inn and we were pleasantly surprised how clean and huge the rooms were. We will definitely stay at Red Roof Inn again!

“One of the Best Hotel”

My husband and I will surely recommend this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was neat and tranquil surrounding. Breakfast was heavy enough to start your day. Price was reasonable. The only downside was that the pool was under renovation and it was not updated on their information online, Our 3 year old son loves to swim and we brought all the necessary gear for him (swim shorts,floaters,etc). He was disappointed that he was not able to swim at the pool but not a big deal ! we were able to put him at the bath tub and he took a bubble bath instead. It work out just fine, The most important was we had the best experience during our 2 days stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Best location to all the attractions in the area.

“Great Place to Stay”

My family and I went on an overnight trip to Lancaster and wanted to stay at a hotel that was reasonably inexpensive and close to Dutch Wonderland. The positive notes: -The Red Roof Inn was right down the street from Dutch Wonderland -The price of the room was right on with what we wanted to spend (even with the extra person charge) -The free breakfast was great (cereal, eggs, sausages, waffles (that you make yourself), coffee, tea and juice) -Many restaurants in the areas to have dinner at - Applebees, Fuddruckers, Texas Roadhouse and Red Robin to name a few The one major negative to me was: -The air conditioner was so loud it was a little hard for myself and another family member to sleep. My son slept like a log even with the sound of the AC, but that could also be he was running around like a crazy person all day at Dutch Wonderland. Our hotel neighbor told us she purchased earplugs which helped her sleep) - I will definitely do that next time!

“Keep going back every year!”

Red Roof has the ideal location in Lancaster. It is close to all of the attractions and Miller's Smorgasbord which is our whole reason for visiting there!! The complimentary breakfast is great and everything is clean. The pool is heated and very clean also. No complaints!!

“MAINTENANCE NEEDED”

THIS HOTEL WAS RATED AT 3.5 OF 5.0 DON'T ASK ME WHO RATED IT. IT'S DIRTY AND THE ROOM WE CHECKED OUT OF AND LEFT THERE WAS A 1/4 INCH GAP DOWN THE SIDE OF THE DOOR AND NO DOOR SWEEP SO IT WAS A 1/2 GAP GREAT IN THE WINTER. NEED'S TO BE CLEANED EXTERIOR POWER WASHED AND MORE POOR MAINTENANCE OR NONE DONE DIRTY ASKED TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER NOT IN SUNDAY AFTERNOON WANTED HIM TO SEE ME MONDAY NEVER DID LEFT LOOKED AT ROOM THIRD FLOOR AT CHECK IN NO BETTER

Hotel was clean and located in a good area with a lot of resturants and shops in area easy acess to destinations Staff was very pleasant and helpful continental breakfast was very good lot to choose from Would stay again if in area

“Good hotel & right down the block from Dutch Wonderland.”

The hotel was great for me. My wife thought the room was dirty, but I ("being the guy") thought it was fine. We stayed here 3 nights. They kept the room clean every day. The room had a refrigerator, a big plus. There are tables on the outside patio with a nice view, which we used more than once. We walked to Dutch Wonderland with a two and a four year old, so it is close enough to easily walk to. I was happy with the buffet breakfast during the week. I left on a friday morning and the breakfast area was packed! But we planned to eat at a Cracker Barrel down the block! I'd use them again.

“Great Deal”

Great for the price! Great place to visit! Only complaint: The towels had stains and dirty spots. So look before you use them. Otherwise clean & great location. Definetly would go back!

The one drawback was the firmness of the bed.
