“wonderful location, cleanliness, convenience!”

This was a wonderful surprise. The hotel is just beyond the Route 30 highly commercial zone (just east of the intersection of routes 30 and 896) and it is set in acres of lovely farmland. Very clean, super-friendly and helpful desk staff, clean, comfortable room, small but quite decent exercise room. My only quibbles, and they are quite minor, are: 1) the light in the bathroom is coupled with the fan, so if you turn on the light, you contend with the fan noise as well; 2) the vinyl bath mat didn't smell very fresh, but we don't use those anyway in the tub. We definitely would stay here again - very reasonably priced, clean, and safe, and a terrific location (just a 10-minute drive or so to Dutch Wonderland). The farmland setting is quite beautiful!

Our only complaint would be the small size of the pool - BUT - it was indoors, and since we were off season, the size was less important to us than just being able to swim. Breakfast was satisfactory. Desk clerks were most helpful with recommendations for restaurants, directions to attrractions, etc.

My sister and I wanted a short get-away to go outlet shopping in Lancaster and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very close to all the outlets (a few minutes drive) as well as many restaurants and Dutch Wonderland. Our room was clean and ready when we got in. We didn't have enough time to use the indoor pool, but liked that we had the option, and the pool was open until 9:00PM. Breakfast included fruit, cereal, and the use of a waffle maker, which was great, and was available until 10:00AM. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the area. The only problem was when we went to eat breakfast, there were not enough tables, which was probably due to the fact that some people were just sitting and not eating, which is no fault of the hotel but the rude people who stayed with us.

“not our first visit”

This hotel is convienient to our children's colleges so we have stayed there before. This time car trouble forced us to arrive VERY late at night. The clerk couldn't do enough for us. He helped us find someplace open late that would deliver food, told us where the nearest car rental location was and how to use the lobby computer to make an advance reservation and arrange for the rental agency to pick us up with the car. The place is clean bright and the staff is wonderful.

This hotel was very nice for the price. The rooms were very clean along with the bathrooms. My only complaint is the chlorine in the pool was so strong that it bleached the color out of my kids swimsuits. Otherwise perfect.

excellent stay for the price! Clean, updated, and comfortable. Oversized room was great for traveling with kids. Convient location to shops and strasburg railroad. Breakfast was somewhat lacking.

Nothing fancy, but very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended, especially when compared to the other hotels available int the Lancaster area.

Other than the mattress being too 'jiggly', I woke up every time my wife turned over, it was a comfortable room, a good size for the three of us. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. We liked the breakfast. The staff was friendly.
