This hotel is absolutely horrible. I took my kids there thinking it was going to be a great room. Not only are the rooms small, they are very outdated. They have no cribs for babies so you will have to put them in the middle or on the floor. There jacuzzi is dirty there pool is dirty, it looks like they are just pretty much letting the place go. The breakfast looked great in the pictures but it was very limited and awful. The customer service is no good as well as they act like they are being bothered when you ask them for something. My 2 year old drew on the sheets and i expected them to charge but i didn't expect them over 200 dollars. Even without the extra charge i would say this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Unfortunately, we do have to charge for significant damage to the rooms; however, we did issue a partial refund for the damage charges in good spirits knowing things happen sometimes. Our portable cribs are available upon request. I will speak with the Springhill Suites leadership team about ways we can improve the experience for our other guests. Have a great day,

The property lost electricity at 6am, there was no hot water, they didn't offer the breakfast, and after a long day we came back to a blacked out room where the front desk individual was rude when I asked him for a light source since I had a child staying with us and none of our phones were charged because we had been without power since we arrived at the hotel. When I asked he said no we have a limited amount, you can go stay somewhere else if you would like a d you can get your refund in a couple of weeks. I couldn't believe how rude he was over me asking for a flashlight so my 4 year old wouldnt be afraid in the dark, not only that, we had no hot water when showering the whole time. To say the least we also had to pay for breakfast both days which was supposed to be complimentary.

Unfortunately, the outage affected our business in ways that our not up to our standard, so we gave all guests the opportunity to seek hotels elsewhere with power and no charges/fees to do so. We have a cordial service, they have an available room away from the freeway noice (a plus for us) , we were really tired and needed a quite time. Breakfast was good it could be better if they had oatmeal offering. The usual continental help yourself breakfast.

Rented here just for the hottub. They advertised as having one thats working. When we got there and went to use the hottub it was ice cold the heater didnt work and it was dirty. The staff said it was ok to play and swim in it. It was 63 outside and the water was freezing!!!!! When i explained its a hot tub not a ice bath they said well at least the blowers work today....

You get what you pay for i guess, its cheap for a reason.. carpets are seriously dirty.. breakfast is third grade with no plates one day to no bowls and no eggs one day.

The staff was very Professional! Alex on the evening shift was on point with his customer service. He made it easy to get settled after coming from a long drive of traveling. The breakfast was great! The hotel, an all around great value and as for me and family will stay here again. Thanks Marriott, for offering such a great alternative compared to the others still trying to get it right.

The front desk attendant (Alexander) was very polite and kind. My wife and I have stayed at the spring’s hills twice and both times he has greeted us with the upmost hospitality. He truly makes us feel like home away from home. Alexander is living up to the springhills suite promise!!!

I did like the size and comfort of the room. The staff was kind. I did not like that there was no hot water to shower the evening and the morning we were there. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke badly. The pool was oddly ice cold for it being 94° outside. The jacuzzi was out of order. Also at 4 am i witnessed someone drive up and try to open tool boxes in the back of someones truck. There are other hotels nearby I would rather stay at
