Staff was very helpful and always had a smile. My room was very clean and spacious ( more than I expected ). Shopping and dinning was close by. Overall 10/10 Will definitely stay there again

The lobby is inviting. There’s a fireplace and seating area that is comfortable and welcoming. The staff was quick to solve my needs immediately. I will definitely look into this hotel brand for my next family trip

We got to the room and it smelled like dirty litter i called and asked to be switched because it smelled really strong. One of the housekeeping came and sprayed the room and it didnt help at all. We had to use our whole bottle of body spray just for us not to smell the litter. I never got a call back to see if they found us a room or not. If the hotel is gonna let animals in please make sure that the room is clean and smells fresh for the next people staying. Will never come back.

Hotel Needs updating
Nice staff, nice spacious rooms with kitchen, but the bathrooms in this hotel seriously need to be remodeled (all of them). Dingy lighting, broken tile glued together shap broken grout and overall outdated. Bad instant coffee, food selection could be improved.

Great choice
Staff is super nice and professional and it’s a nice building. They could use some updated lamps or something with a place to charge devices but no complaints!

Nice place. Pool and Jacuzzi were nice food was good, people were nice. Water could have been a lil hotter in shower but that's my only complaint.

Very friendly
The front desk person was extremely helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was just ok. I had asked to have the danish refilled but I guess she didn't understand me.

Terrible stay at Staybridge Palmdale, Ca
I would not stay here again. I did not feel safe at all. the hot tub was broken.The pool was so dirty and gross I left The breakfast was horrible they think if they give you a waffle its breakfast, the juice machine was broken, Woman checking us in was rude and offered no help. Never ever again!

Needs a remodel and more
The hotel felt over worked and under-maintained. Some locks did not work in the room and some items were not provided that other hotels similar to this do provide such as a sponge, pots/pans, etc. Felt like shortcuts were taken and many items were missing that are normal to have. Exposed pipes, dirty grout, old tiles, and bad design overall made the hotel feel cheap and not as polished as other Staybridge Suites and competing hotels such as Homewood Suites and Residence Inn. Breakfast selection was underwhelming, toaster was not 100% functional. Staff were nice and service was good. I expected more from a 3 star home-away-from-home and unfortunately this location did not live up to my expectations.

Hotel property was nice & clean. Breakfast was hot & tasted good. They did run out of extra pillows & also if you are staying in a suite they do not give you a rollaway bed but overall we liked our stay!

We arrived 5 hours before check in, and the front desk got us in our 2bedroom suite straight away! Such a treat to be treated to an early arrival. The room was smaller than expected having stayed at SB in Anaheim. It was clean and everything seemed to be in good order, but there was a smell that we found was coming from the possibly unused fridge. The front desk had a housekeeper come right away and she scrubbed it out. The smell lingered, so we brought in some baking soda! The suite turned out to be just the right size for our 3 adults and 2 kids. I was disappointed that the main room shower wouldn't get super hot and all their furniture was super stiff. The mattresses need an update, as they were outdated and worn ( dipped) spring mattress and my aching back was very unhappy. There was not enough blankets on the bed, just a sheet and thin comforter. Recommend you ask for info on the amenities of the hotel, as we had to keep calling to find out hot tub hours, pool towels, breakfast, laundry etc Seemed to be a pet friendly hotel, saw 2 large dogs staying plus doggie bags available outside. The homeless guy in back tried to sell my husband weed and was following him around, ended up harmless, but be cautious.
