The ladies that checked us in and out were great. Enjoyed talking with them. Room was clean and towels were changed out and bed was made for the next night.

Horrible experience. My problems started the second I got to the hotel. They gave me a non-smoking room, that smelt like a bucket of cigarettes.I went to the desk and the lady said she could just sorry the room . At this point it was to late to reserve somewhere else. So we said okay , next we started to eat our dinner and cockroaches started crawling out of every wall . Absolutely disgusting and I took a picture of them all . I go to the office no one is there . I go back to the room and I go again half an hour later and they sorry that down as well. At this point they said they would comp my night . We left the first thing the next morning sleeping in raid . Never book at this place ! Absolutely atrocious!

Lancaster Super 8
Location was perfect for the city of Lancaster. Everything you need was within a few miles. Staff was friendly and helpful. For an older hotel, it was well maintained. The bedding was clean but old and had holes. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I was in a nonsmoking room, yet the bedspread was filled with cigarette hole burns and so was the blanket. The shower had a drip that was constant and annoying when trying to sleep. Staff was so friendly but hotel is in pretty bad shape.

Just need to do better
The front desk people were great to work with and very friendly. The room I stayed in needed work. The door would not open all the way without getting stuck on the floor and would not close automatically and that is a safety issue. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked really bad if I had not put towel down they would have cut my feet. There was water damage to the wall behind the toilet. Just in overall need maintenance. The sheets on the bed were really low quality. And a $25 cash deposit at time of check in is really odd. That was not mentioned on hotel’s or even super 8 website. Overall will never stay there again.

When we got our key, it took 3 attempts for them to get the key to work. When finally getting in the room, we immediately turned the key back in due to bed bugs in the room and stayed elsewhere. They didn't really react when my husband told them about the bugs, which makes it seem like they were already aware.

Old motel, had to stay there because was the only place in town. Check in area was tiny room separated from the attendant separated by what appeared to be bulletproof glass. My beadspread in the room had 2 cigarette hole burns. The toilet seat had ashes on it when I checked in. At best it's an old yucky motel that needs 'Love' as far as fixing up.

One of the worst travel experiences imaginable. Clearly a seedy area and a seedy motel. Unless you’re a drug dealer avoid this motel at all costs

Dirty, filthy and noisy. Room 202, the bed had a actual hole of sort, mattress material, missing from most of the right side of bed. When I say most of the right side, it was a massive hole in the mattress. Other residents were on walk area speaking loud on the phone well after 1 am. Fridge did not work, as well as TV had very limited, 5 channels, which worked. Overall terrible stay.

Mr Buckner upon looking thru our system It shows you did not stay in room 202 during your stay with Expedia, our system shows you stayed in 207 (standard single) and 115 (Double bed). The log book also shows there was no complaints to staff during your stay with Expedia. Please contact us directly if there is a issue during your stay so that we can fix any issues you may have and if there is any excessive noise please let us know as well so we can contact the guest. I usually never have a problem at this property being that I come here 3 times a yr but this visit was probably my last. The new clerk has a attitude and customer service issues fix it super8

It was ok. This is a small town, you cannot expect too much from them.
