“Family Vacation 2011”

There were 6 of us, grandparents, my husband, our 2 daughters and myself. It was not easy to please everyone (especially with the range of age), but the hotel managed to exceed our expectations on the customer service and quality of the hotel. The food was a little lacking, but for the price/night for this boutique hotel, it was definitely worth it. We are planning on coming back later this year.

“Comfortable and relaxing”

Arrived early and room was ready ,so they let us check in. Gal at register went to our car and carried our bags to our room. Room was beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and lots of towels. Beds were really comfortable and no noise in surrounding area to disturb sleep. Breakfast was a real treat. Coffee was hot and delicious as was the entire assortment of foods. Everything made for a relaxing and enjoying stay away from home. Looking forward to going back the next time I'm in the Lancaster area.

“Beautiful!!”

My husband and I recently stayed at the Inn and could not have been happier with our choice. Although we have visited this area many times before we usually stay closer to the outlets and just decided we wanted a change. The Inn was only about 15 minutes away and was worth every minute!! THe staff was very nice and the room was just beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic....all the little extra touches made this an extremely nice place to stay. Can not wait to go again! We have already recommended the Inn to many of our friends and family.

“Absolute Gem”

Absolute gem. The quality of the hotel, room furnishings, food in the restaurant make this hotel the best for at least 100 miles around. And I am a seasoned internetional traveler.

The Inn is just gorgeous. It has a very rustic feel, which I love. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, the room was very large and comfortable for our party of 4. The bathroom has a large vanity with two sinks, separate from the tub and toilet. The room was so nice we didn't want to leave it. The Inn is a short ride to the Amish attractions and outlets, and the scenery in the area is lovely, lots of farms and fields. Included in the price is breakfast in the Tea Room, which is very comfortable also, and there are plenty of choices. There's an outdoor pool, a billiards room, a spa, a bar and two restaurants. In the room are a coffeemaker, mugs, fridge, blowdryer, tv, and dvd player. Nice touches were the cd player with relaxing music for those with insomnia, and the robes. I will definately return to the Inn at Leola, I loved it.

“Lancaster Leola”

The rooms were warm and inviting. It was more that a home away from home. The decore was one of peace and serenity. I wish I could have stayed a week.

Beautiful vanity outside bathroom but no sink inside bathroom. TV in bedroom did not work.

“Best stay ever”

This hotel exeeded all my expectations. It offered superior service and accommodations in a unique setting far different from even the higher end chain properties. It was easily accessible so i could tend to business yet relax at the end of the day in a really quiet and comfortable setting. The restaurant was excellent. I'm planning to return on a personal trip so i can experience the spa.
