“Our Palmdale experience”

We were pleased with the flat screen television and the comfort of the bed. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The glasses were wrapped in cellophane which was a good indication that they were clean, although there was only one glass. Called the front desk and the girl was so-o-o nice and apologetic and wanted to give us solo type glasses, which was just fine with us. Our Palmdale Hotel experience was really a good one. The front desk girl also suggested a Mexican restaurant for dinner and it was super.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, room quiet and comfortable. I loved all of the flowers. Had great place to eat across street and even a car rental which was real convient. Also took my grandaughter and it was a safe location.

“Very Satisfied Softball Mom”

My two daughters and I stayed at the Palmdale Hotel for a weekend for my youngest's softball tournament. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Even after we went back after check-in to switch rooms because the room assigned to us looked like the maid service had overlooked it. We had no problem getting a different room. I would absolutely recommend the Palmdale... friendly staff, clean, and reasonably priced.

“Extremely Pleased”

Don't be turned off by the curb appeal of the surrounding area. The hotel itself is lovely, including the rooms. My husband and I are both partially disabled and the staff was super accommodating to us, making sure that all our needs were met. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and when we discovered there was no pot on the coffee machine, they had a new one there within minutes. Also, the free breakfast was excellent! We would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler. As far as we are concerned, it equals the quality of such hotels as the Holiday Inn and the Hilton.

First of all, I was very pleasantly surprised. I travel quite frequently on business and was more than pleased with my stay. I knew this hotel had completed a remodel so was anxious to experience their new look and service. Upon check in, the front desk agent was extremely thorough about the services offered to a business person like myself including the Complimentary Wireless internet ( Which by the way worked like a charm ), the Business Center, the Restaurant and Lounge on Property as well as drycleaning and workout facilities. The price was attractive and reasonable based upon what is offered at the hotel. The property is truly a full service property offering everything needed and required when traveling on business and ALL under one roof. I had a meal and a beverage in the lounge and the service and food was good. My wake up call arrived on time. I will definitely stay again and will refer my co-workers to this property as well. Above all, the staff all seemed excited to be at the hotel and all were very helpful. One of the nicest features was that I received a call to my room less than 5 minutes after checking in to be sure I liked my room, and to see if I had any questions or needed anything to get my evening off in the right direction.

Overall, the hotel was a great place to stay. I am the coach of my Son's soccer team and we had heard throught the grapevine that this property had been remodeled. The entire team stayed at the hotel and we all had a positive experience. The rooms were quite large compared to other hotels we have stayed in and it was great to have 2 Queen beds versus 2 double beds. The staff was really pleasant and seemed very knowledgable about the area. They were able to give exact directions and suggestions of things to do in the area etc. The Breakfast included was much more than we expected. ( we are lucky if we get a doughnuts and coffee at most places and when there are a lot of teams at the hotel, other places run out of food). The Palmdale Hotel did not run out of food and they even opened early for all of the teams staying that weekend since we had to be at the fields early. THANKS to the General Manager and her staff. They obviously know what they are doing at this hotel and the customers are their main concern.

The hotel was nice. If you are a highfalutin person you may nit pick on the decor. The room was clean and simple. It was a nice clean room. I was satisfied. The sofa chair was a bit stained but other than that I enjoyed my stay at the Palmdale.

“Nice hotel in a good location”

The hotel is currently being renovated, and only some of the floors are available. The service was excellent, the rooms were nice and clean, and the free breakfast was good. It's convenient to the freeway and to everything in the city. I'll go back next time I'm in Palmdale.
