“Expedia needs to dump this hotel!”
Staying at this hotel was a HORRIBLE experience. As we were only spending one night (thankfully), we decided to stay, even though it started out badly. The keys didn't work because #1. the door latch was defective (as demonstrated by the handyman). #2 there were NO towels in the room #3. the shower controls were loose in the wall and difficult to control, #4 the pillows and the bed were terribly lumpy #5, we were refused a receipt because we went through (a third party)--that is th first time that has ever happened.
Please upgrade by downloading a new version on the Microsoft website.
Then come back to Expedia and enjoy a faster, more secure experience.
