I called before to let them know I was running behind, only to find out the reservation that I had made 2 mos. prior wasn't there?
I had received confirmation from Hotels.com so I was confused and upset.
It was late, I was very tired when I arrived. Certainly not in the mood to argue over this. Which was what I was meant with when the guy who I guess was the owner? Never got his name? I showed him my confirmation and yet he still argued. Thank heavens for Eric! He was the clerk who was helping me when the other guy intruppted us.
He got it taken care of.

and yucky! Some of the reviews said you get what you paid for? I have to agree.
