“Reasonable rates and very nice accomodations.”

I was surprised and impressed by this facility. Checking in was very easy. The desk clerk was very accomodating. The room was tastfully decorated and very clean. Had all the amenities of a Holiday Inn or residential Inn at the fraction of the cost. I would definitely stay there again if I am ever in that area.

“Good Rest at Great Price”

Decided to stay at Town House for a budget business trip after reading all the favorable reviews on the site. They are certainly well-deserved. The staff works hard to maintain a clean environment and they exceed expectations in tending to the needs of their guests. The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, but are outfitted with wireless internet access and flat screen HDTVs. A free continental breakfast is served in the morning. The beds are soft but comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

We needed a place to stay on our way to a family reunion in Northern California. Town House Motel was perfect for us. We used the microwave to cook the frozen dinners purchased at a nearby grocery store, the kids swam in the pool, and we had ice cream later on that we stored in the freezer. The shower was refreshing after traveling all day, and the rooms were spacious enough for all 4 of us. We loved it!

“Lancaster's Best Motel on a Budget”

The Town House Motel is well managed with a kind and engaging owner. I was asked what kind of room I wanted, 2nd floor, and was given a wonderfully private room away from the main building. I plan to stay there again my next visit to Lancaster. The owner/manager is polite, courteous and acomodating above and beyond your typical fair.

We had a great stay. For the price, the Town House is a great place to stay. No frills, but the bed was very comfortable, and staff was very helpful. I couldn't ask for anything more.

“Super Value for a very comfy stay”

Two Senior citizens (female) stayed for a week and were most impressed with the cleanliness and comfort. I would imagine that there is not another lodge that is any better for the price. I would definitely stay there again.

we had to go there to go to court, and the courthouse is close by, the rooms were very clean and the flat screen was great. they have cable and internet. very well maintained motel, the breakfast was pretty good, cold ceral , coffee , expresso, pancakes, danish. This is by no means upscale, so dont expect that kinda of place, but it was very clean and they even waited for us to get there to close the office. The rooms are not very sound proff, so bring ear plugs, they will block out almost all the noise. It is close to the highway so you can hear the trucks. The doors could use some better insulation. but it was gerat for what we need it for. PS dont get speeding ticket or you will end up at the court house too.

We were very pleased with our stay at Town House Motel in Lancaster. Although it is in the older neighborhood the grounds themself were very clean and well maintained. The room was very clean, the heater/air worked good. There was a new flatscreen TV in our room. We had a kitchenette with microwave, refridgerator, sink, cabinet/counter. There are security cameras on sight. There's even a computer in the office incase you don't have your laptop with you that you can log on and use. All in all great service, great value, great experience. If we ever go back we will stay there again.
