“A great little privately owned hotel”

With the low price, I decided to book the hotel based on other recommendations on Expedia and my wife and I were not disappointed. It is settled in a nice green area and it was very quiet. The room with two Queen beds was large, and the room and bathroom were clean and kept up well. The beds were comfortable. A husband/wife team run the hotel and they were personable as was a young Asian girl they had working there as well. Expedia listed this as serving hot breakfasts, but a sign in the lobby said "Continental" breakfast which was a choice of two cold cereals or hot oatmeal. Juice, coffee, donuts, bagels etc. were available. For the price in that area this is definitely a best buy. I'm a retired Purchasing Agent from a Fortune 100 company and recognize a good bargain when I find one.

“Family trip w/pre-schooler to Lancaster”

We were in the king suite with a fridge and microwave. Traveling with a 3 1/2 year old -- the room worked out very well. Nice lobby for the kids to run around. Only 10-15 min from all major attractions. Small pool, but well kept.

“Very happy.”

The room was clean and the staff very accommodating and courteous. I stayed for 3 nights. I was a little nervous based on other ratings, but I'm sure a lot of that was the type of person doing the rating. Breakfast was very typical - carbs, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit. If it were my business, I would give it a better sign out front and a little more lighting. I was not interested in the pool - so I didn't check it out. (don't think it was in operation).

“Good location, easy to get to.”

It was a basic clean hotel. The continental breakfast was ample. The room was clean and orderly. Down the immidiate street from the hotel was a few places to eat as well as a gas station. However, if needed, you can borrow an iron from the front desk and since we were traveling with a toddler there is no refigerator in the room to keep milk cold.

“very nice”

I was sort of worried. I had read a review a couple of days before we got there and it wasn't good. So I didn't know what to expect. We were pleasntly surprised. The room was very clean and everything worked well they cleaned it every day we were there. The staff were friendly except one night time guy. The only bad thing is that the beds were really hard. I would stay again. Nice place for the money

“Queen or Full”

The only negative comments about the hotel are that the queen size bed looked and felt more like a full size, (I had to actually look for the tag to be sure, but it only had dementions, not size.)and the starting price on the billboard add was half of what I payed on line.

“OK but could use UPDATING”

The hotel is fine for an overnight stay with little or no ammenities. The facility is in need of some renovations, things are old and worn. Good location and value for an inexpensive hotel.
