“New Lancaster hotel”

This hotel is new, only about 2-3 months old when we stayed here the first week of July. We were on our motorcycle so we couldn't pack much. The "business" room was a nice feature with 2 computers for guests to use. Using the internet made guessing when to travel a whole lot easier as it was a bit rainy for our trip home. We may have messed up the waffle maker one morning and hope it didn't create to much work for the staff...otherwise we had a great 3 day stay and will come back again if we are traveling this way.

“Would stay again!”

This was a wonderful hotel! The room was large and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was ample and well-stocked. The only "negative" is that the pool is next door at the Howard Johnson's hotel, but is a waterpark (slides, etc.)

“Excellent rate for a brand new hotel.”

We chose this hotel based on the brand name and the great rate available. We were not dissatisfied at all. It included a continental breakfast and it was very adequate and attended to by their staff. Very clean facility (less than a year old). It also had a indoor whirlpool/hot-tub next to the gym facility. I was surprised to see a plug-in Internet connection which I thought was great, as Wi-Fi always is horrible in hotels, especially in the room. That was a great feature for both convenience and safety of use. We were very impressed with this hotel.

“Black Friday weekend”

We went to Lancaster for Black Friday shopping. The hotel seemed pretty busy but it did bother us at all. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be a lot better.. but other than that, everything was great. Parking available outside the hotel, outlets and malls at walking distance!

“Perfect family spot for Dutch Wonderland”

Excellent hotel - everything seemed new - everybody was friendly! The whirpool spa at the lobby level was a great end to a day spent walking around Dutch Wonderland!

“Great Stay in Lancaster”

Of the 3 hotels I stayed in on this trip into NJ and back to PA this was the most comfortable of the hotels and the cost was very reasonable. The only concern that I had at the hotel at all was the staff taking care of the free continental breakfast. My guest and I made it to the lobby at 9:50 AM and the staff person had already started to put the breakfast items away. It would be different if this individual had other responsiblilities to accomplish immediately after putting the products away but she stood on the side watching as a family of 6 (Mom, Dad and 4 little boys) tried to find something to eat. I work in Dining Services and if my staff were to put away food in front of customers they would be in a great deal of trouble.
