Fair for the money

The hotel was perfect in everything but the bedding. Mattress/pillows are under par. EUR 15 breakfast is decent - would recommend. Personnel is very friendly and helpful.

Large Hotel close to Kaufering train station

Posted Oct 7, 2013
Pros: Comfortable bed and room and very friendly staff.
Location: The town of Landsberg am Lech is a beautiful Barvarian town and is worth exploring.
All members of staff are very friendly, have excellent English and are only too happy to help with enquiries, booking taxis, tourist advice and train times. The Hotel is peaceful at night with 24hr assistance if required.

Good Hotel & Worth the Money

Posted Oct 1, 2013
Pros: Staff were friendly, location was close to some restaurants and the highway.
My husband and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. We stayed during Oktoberfest. You definitely have to have a car rented so that you can get to and from Munich, the old part of Landsberg, and the train station. We both appreciated that you didn't have to pay the 15$ half board unless you ate the breakfast.

Average hotel on the highway

Arcadia Hotel Landsberg is a good option for visiting gorgeous city of Landseberg. Overpriced for its position far from town center, it does however offer a comfortable nights stay - no AC unfortunately and though I am sure for this part of Germany it is seldom needed, we visited during a warm spell and desperately needed one. Big covers and no plain sheets available only added to the problem.

Nothing special

Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Out of the way. No restaurants anywhere nearby. Room smelled. Wouldn't book it again.

Be aware the breakfast & internet charges are high

Posted Jul 12, 2011 on Hotels.com
Charge of $15 per person for breakfast was too high for what was available. Charges for internet was way out out of line compared with other hotels. If that is not a factor - convenient place to stay and well kept.

Excellent accomodation in out of the way location

Posted Sep 29, 2010
The hotel was very clean and comfortable and suited what we needed at the time. Octoberfest was under way in Munich, so prices were exorbitant there. We had a rental car, so it was easy to commute to Munich. Landsberg is located on the "Romantic Road", so it was a good base for that area also. There is no free wi-fi, and the lobby computer was broken. Breakfast was 15 euros, so we ate at the McDonalds across the street. Since we only needed a place to spend the night that was accessible to everything else we planned to do, this hotel was adequate for our needs. It's a 20-30 minute easy drive to Munich.
