When we first arrived and used our room bathroom the toilet didn’t flush, my husband had to put his hand in the back of the toilet to Fix then chain so it would flush. Then, when we opened the pull out couch it had a variety of crumbs on it and my son gave us a hard time and didn’t want to sleep on it. This was the second time we stayed here.

Although simple things like the proper Amount of towels for the amount of people paid To stay was not available due none being clean - per the front desk- the staff was present friendly and happily readily available to assist in any manner despite it being the holiday weekend. The hot tube and pool water were both filthy and the suite was extremely dusty. Debbie was a perfect delight throughout the check in and out process. The towels at the pool were filled at all times as staff kept the chairs and floors clean from debris often circulating the room. One point I would advise would be to be tougher on hot tube rules regarding children playing in there. This is one of very few locations that offers a hot tube and the ones paying the tab would prefer to have some relaxing time. It was nice to keep the music on as that was not Strict either so all in all a good stay. I would just be hesitant next time booking so close to sesame with the lack of rules with the adult activities aren't honored as such.

The property was nice and clean. The pool area had a couple of small areas that could use some touch up paint, but the area still looked pretty good.

Bus trip group was at hotel. Very messy , loud and pool was not clean good enough for group size. I’ve NEVER EXPERIENCED this at this hotel and hope I never will.

The room I had was nice, ive stayed here before. When arriving the front desk associate was not around, had to wait. The breakfast was nice. Its terrible they charge $3.50 for a bottle of water, and get this, you pay $384 for two nights and then they slip in a parking charge that is totally not warranted. I mean come on.

An amazing stay, the property was beautiful and very well maintained. Not too far from a bunch of shopping centers and casual dining spots. Me and my girlfriend will definitely be staying again !!!!

They were amazing! They were very polite and respectful to me and the room was very nice and comfortable. I loved the morning breakfast as well. The pool was clean and the workout area in the mornings was very nice for me. They even had a mini store in the hotel in case you needed food or snacks. All around I had 0 problems with this hotel and plan to be back next year! Absolutely loved it and will recommend it to anybody.

Great stay-would strongly recommend
Excellent from the staff to an excellent room which included extra pillows I requested, 2 night tables which a lot of places don't have, and the full size fridge a plus. The staff was great and the suite amazing. Also well lit stayed in places so dark you couldn't read. Handicap was great better than most places I have stayed. Some didn't honor my request or let me know unable until we show up. I am on oxygen 24/7 use a rollator ad unable to walk far and appreciated a room on the 1st floor not far from service desk.

Stay was overall pleasant. Clerk at check-in was very nice and informative. The only negative I experienced was no clean towels were available at the pool/hot tub and they didn’t seem concerned enough to get some.

Just okay
Hotel was spacious, had a great layout and a good location for a trip to sesame place. Beds were not comfortable and there were a lot if spiders and gnats in the room. The carpet was really sticky. Overall it was ok.

This hotel was perfect for our needs for this family trip. My husband and I were traveling with our 21 month old and the rooms with the suite layout were perfect for having a place to hang out/eat/etc. during the day, but also ideal for putting the baby to bed in the bedroom, while we still had use of the living area. The complimentary shuttle to Sesame Place was one of the greatest perks. Our driver, Lori was the friendliest and had so many local tips and recommendations. The hotel's heated pool and complimentary breakfast were also major pluses. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking to visit Sesame Place and we would absolutely come back to stay again.
