“Great for Sesame Place”

The man and the woman at the checkin desk were extraordinarly friendly and helpful about how best to go to Sesame Place and other sites for a 2 year old. We were there for Sesame Place for our 20 nmonth old granddaughter. The park was fabulous for an under 8 year old. The characters, the rides, and the shows were great. Be sure to see the parade. The hotel has a van that runs whenever you want to go or come. They told us that the transportation was available every 30 minutes but the drivers were ready and able when you were. Being across the street was great for nap time in between am and pm visits to the park. The water park was great for older kids. The hotel even gave 2 bottles of water a day to every room which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Very nice staff. Comfortable rooms. Close to many shopping and eating areas. Near a hospital. Just a very nice place to stay.

“Great Hotel”

The staff was incredibly friendly. They did little unexpected things, like taking polaroids of the kids with an Elmo poster, walking through the parking lot offering free bottled water. The rooms were well decorated and clean. The hallways need a little work, but, that was our only complaint. I would stay there again without question.

Clean and updated hotel. Nice indoor heated pool. Gym looked top notch. Practically walking distance to Sesame Place. Restaurant buffet breakfast with omlette bar was very good ($13) Free r/t shuttle service to Sesame Place was worth the few extra bucks you can save at other hotels b/c you dont have to pay the $15/day to park at SP. Put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your room door knob or the housekeeping staff may be knocking at 8:15 am! (We forgot one day) Boston Market and Saladworks (excellent) right next door. Only complaint was there wasnt a whole lot of parking in front of the hotel. There is aux parking behind the hotel but it is a bit inconvenient to get to and there is no walkway to get to it. (over grass with suitcases?)

“Great location for Sesame Place”

This was a great hotel for families traveling to Sesame place. There was a free shuttle running every half an hour and during mornings runs continuously. Staff very welcoming of children. Rooms great size. The pool is heated and was a great resource for downtime after the park. Centrally located to stores and resturants. Overall a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

“Great Hotel for Sesame Place!”

This was such a nice place for a family to stay. It's extremely close to Sesame Place. There are constant shuttles over, which is SO much more convenient than driving and then pay parking. The staff was extremely friendly, and the room was very comfortable. I would stay there again without hesitation!

“Great place for a stay-cation!”

We wanted to "get away" w/o going too far; this hotel was awesome! Comfy bed, atmosphere, nice staff. Only complaint was we rented a movie on the nice flat screen but it wasn't in HD.

“Solid Sheraton Quality”

Stayed here before a couple of years back. Just made it before the big snow storm hit. Friendly staff. Very reasonable rate for high quality hotel for my family. One complaint. Breakfast is far too pricey. Find better value in surrounding area. Will be back. Missed a chance to swim in a nice pool. Next time.

This hotel gave me a clean and expansive room with a very comfortable bed. The AC was quiet and not intrusive and I was very satisfied with the front desk service.
