Pros: La localisation, le calme, confort, général et facilités, le service et qualité du petit déjeuner..
Cons: Bruit de moteur à côté de la chambre... !! Le fitness pourrait proposer plus de poids.
Un hôtel très bien situé à deux minutes de la plage, restaurant et commerces. Offrant large choix au petit déjeuner. Très belle et grande piscine et bon ftness. Animation avec spectacle le soir.

3 Nächte in Cenang

Location: Strand, Cenang-Mile
Wir (Ende 20) waren für 3 Nächte im Aseania Resort in Cenang. Gegen 11.30 Uhr waren wir bereits dort, mussten aber bis 15 Uhr warten, da es überhaupt nicht möglich sei vorher in die Zimmer zukommen. War für uns nicht so schlimm, da wir in der Zeit die Umgebung erkundet hatten. Gegen 15 Uhr bekamen wir dann unser Zimmer. Es sah zwar alles ordentlich aus, aber zwischen Fensterrahmen und Fassung war ein ca. 3 cm großer Spalt. Da das Zimmer zur Straße lag, haben wir nachgefragt, ob wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen könnten. Alles kein Problem sagte man uns, nachdem wir dann 1,5h !!! gewartet haben, bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer. Im neuem Zimmer stellten wir dann erst gegen Abend fest, dass die Toilettenspülung nicht funktionierte. Wir wollten irgendwie an den letzten Tagen unserer mehrwöchigen Reise kein weiteren Stress mehr und haben uns dann mit dem Mülleimer geholfen. Das Hotel gibt an, dass es WiFi gäbe, das stimmt aber nur bedingt, da man mehrere Minuten !!! braucht, um eine Internet Seite zu laden. Das Aseania ist sein Geld für uns auf keinen Fall Wert. Ich würde lieber woanders ein Zimmer nehmen.

Old and hotel staff are not responsive.

I spend two days there and the room service was terrible. The hotel is old no elevators but the pool is great.

위치랑 수영장만 보구 선택한 리조트. 그부분은 굿이었으나, 객실에 들어서면 곰팡내가 나고 욕실은 샤워부스가 넘 작아서 불편하였다.

家族で泊まるには良いと思います。設備は全体的に古めですが、清潔感はあります。 プールも大きく、買い物できる場所も近くにあります。

はっきり言って、おすすめは出来ません。 部屋のシャワー扉は壊れて完全に閉まらなかったので、シャワー後は周りが水浸しになりました。 プールサイドで食事をすると、食事がなかなか出て来ませんでした。 また、2日目は4時半になっても部屋の掃除がまだ出来ていませんでした。 但し、プールはウォータースライダーがあり、子供には楽しかった様です。

Pros: The pool area, great if you had kids.
Cons: State of the room, in particular bathroom, broken toilet & shower screen. Flush on toilet couldn't be fixed til after 3pm, I reported this at 8am.
Location: Location is good as it is only a short easy walk to Cenang Beach and the bars and restaurants.
Well below average hotel, rooms not appealing at all. Bathroom, toilet flush button broke at 9.30pm, I reported it the following morning at 8am, and was told couldn't do anything until 3pm :( . Shower screen was also broken, only 1 panel out of 3 panels were there. Buffet breakfast, yuck, cold, not appealing. No eggs available at 9.30am, waited 35mins to get a fried egg, had 7 vouchers only used 3, on 3rd visit a couple of days later nothing had changed, so it was let's go back down to Cactus again and get a freshly made roti & coffee. I wouldn't visit this hotel again but we had a fabulous time in Langkawi and eating everywhere else but at the hotel.

Room was horrible. It was dirty. Mosquitos were there in the room, so you can't sleep. Bathroom was terrible, no curtain in the shower part so water was flowing in the bathroom. In the breakfast the items which were finished was filled up after a very big gap. Not a good hotel at all.

Aseania was in an ideal location, walking distance to many shops and beaches. The staff were lovely although trying to order room service was a mission. Every order was wrong in some way, usually only minor (forgetting a drink or something). The bathroom was usable but quite below standard. The sheets had rust stains on them in multiple areas but they were still clean and okay to use. The breakfasts they provided were adequate. Their traditional food was good but trying to find cold milk for cereal was impossible. Overall I was unimpressed and found the hotel average.
