Very old, dirty hotel. First they gave us room with cigarettes smell, we asked for other room. They gave very old and dirty room. Toilet yellow, shower silicon yellow and black corners, the smell in the room is bad.

This hotel was perfect for my stay.. I have a boat close by on the small resort island of Rebak.. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quiet hotel away from the town centre.. The hotel is inexpensive and great value.. With the savings, you could rent a car for your entire vacation whick gives you unlimited access to the whole hotel.. The staff could not be more helpful and efficient. Even though it may not be the Westin Excelsior on Via Veneto, the rooms are large, comfortable and clean.. Breakfast is substancial wirh cereal, toast, fried eggs to your choice, rice, various curries (changing daily) etc... Better than a continental breakfast. Have already recommended tjis hotel, the Bella Vista, to the yachting community..Thank you to the super staff and management.. they went the extra mile.. I appreciated it..even the beautiful icecream delivered to me with a note of thanks..

We apologise for our initial negative feedback, and I’d just like to thank the staff for their incredible kind gestures the last few days. We acknowledge that the issues with the Tv channels, as well as the noise, is not the staffs fault in any way and they tried so hard to make it up to us that we even extended here with them. Wardrobe is rotten, paint in the room peeling off, TV is spoilt but no one cares until I reported. The hotel changed another TV though, but maintenance staffs left screws behind on the table, and table was not wiped clean after they do their work. Door safety/security latch does not lock

The worst experience ever !!!!!!!
If i could I would give this hotel -6 stars. The hotel is out in nowhere. There is absolutely nothing within walking distance. I have never seen anything this disgusting. We found cockroaches in the room and bathroom. when we asked to change the room it was not possible, even though there was plenty of rooms available. when we asked for a spray to kill the cockroaches, we were told that was not a service they provided. They tried to offer us another superior room after 2 days of nonstop complaining, for double the price and with exactly same condition. hotels like these should not even be available on international hotel websites. absolutely disgusting and horrible service !!!!!!

Good hotel, but not the best, we stayed there more because we needed that location, which was fine. The room was really nice and they gave us the best room with the best view. Also really clean.

Not worth the price
The mattress provided in the room is really bad it has been few days after the stay and my back is still hurting. Plus the hotel pool is dirty but the pictures provided in this site shows that it is a really nice pool and the hotel cafe is filled with flies, mosquito and aedes mosquito so you can't have your breakfast in peace and the hotel staff doesn't mind that cats walk into the cafe and the cafe's kitchens it is do unhealthy and disgusting because the play with the cats and then they use the same hands to cook and surf your food.

Nice hotel, a good value for Money
Nice with car as there is no market or food place at walking distance... Ample parking, big rooms, quiet n peaceful. However blanket, pillows and bedsheets were not very good quality and need to improve. It's close to airport and most attractions at langlawi. Overall a good value for money.

Swimming pool algae ridden mess
The swimming pool was unswimable and a health and safety risk due to algae coating all the walls and floor. When asked politely to make it swimable for hotel guests, a half attempt was made with a hose and scoop, but not a lot of change to the water quality. If the swimming pool is not usable then the hotel should not advertise as to having a swimming pool. When asked if we could be compensated for 2 child breakfasts (who ate almost nothing anyway) as a good will gesture, the answer was a smile and "No". After having booked 3 rooms for 3 nights, I feel this lack of customer service is unacceptable. Will not be staying there again, or advising any friends to do so either.

Not comfortable at all, rooms, ambience, lobby was shady and not worth the money we paid for it. More importantly the wifi was only in the lobby and made life even more difficult. Very limited menu for breakfast....almost nothing.

Friendly staff, but needs renovations
If your renting a bike/car.it can be good. We found staff was accommodating- but pool needs cleaning,and hotel need some work done. Close to the airport- island is small with a vehicle you can see it all!

im staying for 2 nights with my family. meaning we have booked 4 rooms. im not sure their thought about staying in your hotel. as for me,im staying in room 371. the air-conditioning a bit disappointing me because it very slow to cool the room. especially when we enter the room, need to wait for a longer time to feel cold. secondly, during our stay, tv channel were not OK at all due to some maintenance i think. next, the hair dryer cannot be used. it have to be changed as if it will blow up when i turn On the switch. bathroom was OK but no syampoo provided and etc. not many choices menu for breakfast. but still the food was good and nice and also the staff were so friendly. the location is nearer with airport which is good because we travel by air and also not very far with other places. its not that bad but can improve some more. however, i enjoy my stay at your hotel!!
