The property needs upgrading, however it was pretty clean. The buffet breakfast included was good as they change the main menu daily. Reception staff was very helpful with information. Decided not to swim as the pool was beside the cafe. There's a surau in the cafe for Muslim fyi. There's a musky smell walking towards the cafe though that I thought the Hotel should do something about it. The shopping centre attached beside was not so big but enough for spending some time & the food court on 3rd level has amazing food. Teo Soon Huat duty free is also within the building & it has almost everything. Chocolates in abundance. Overall ok for a short getaway with the price paid.

It was my second visit after 10+ years Cons: -Shower with big failure, water strength was so weak! -There was small cockroach from the toilet's drain too -Pillows were old and cheap, please change new -Corridors and lifts quite dim -Poolside was smelled strong with cat's pee Pros: -Room includes breakfast for 3 with affordable price -Breakfast was good even not too varieties -Location: Good at Kuah Overall need lots maintenances & refurbishments

Have bad experient of breakfast try to request a extra fried egg for my son.... The lady told to take the last 2 nos of cold egg. throw the egg ring on griller ...spoiled my mood with kind of attitude....

The hotel located next to a shopping mall and the staff is friendly and helpful staff especially the staffs work at lemongrass cafe they are so friendly. Breakfast buffet was nice and the menu is different as i was stay at there for two days. Only one things is the bathroom cleanness need improve and it's without hot water. I've to make complaints everyday once i need to use the hot water. The rest everything was just good.

Expected hotel to be close to beach but it’s 20 mins away. Actually booked wrong hotel. 😨 mixed up with langkasuka resort but booked langkasuka hotel- completely opp side of island. But this hotel is convenient with mall at ground floor so it’s ok.

This place sucks
The hotel looks new from outside but everything inside it is old. The bathrooms have instant water heaters which irritating to operate . No proper showers or geysers . Beds are all old . Just not worth the money .

The room is perfect for family stay. Some furniture or cabinets in the toilet are already old but still use-able. Staffs are friendly especially the concierge and the front desk staffs. Affordable price for a comfortable stay includes breakfast. View from room is also very fascinating. Recommended for family trip

Hotel within a shopping complex
It was a pleasant 4-night stay in Langkasuka Hotel.Located within a shopping complex made things easier for us to get supplies. It is not far from Kuah Jetty and other attractive places. Definitely better than the ever busy Cenang Beach area. The views from the hotel rooms are excellent throughout the day. The staff will help you arrange all the outings you are interested to do. My family and I did the Mangrove Cruise and the Island Hopping trip, all through the hotel. An experience that will stay in my mind for a long time.

Nice hotel. Good location. Friendly staff.
Location are near the langkawi icon eagle square. Shopping mall is in the same building. To get around the island is easy as there are many taxis around.

Convenience Location (4 star!)
We are satisfied with our stay: 1) Room: stay for 5 days 4 night in a triple room (partial seaview). The bed was comfy. Big room with iron. TV channel so-so. Toilet clean, they refill toiletries i.e. toothbrush, comb everyday. towel change everyday. room makeup every day. Good job! 2) Front desk: very friendly, bell boy: very helpful 3) Breakfast: Its okay.. the main menu changes every day.. I like the roti jala.. yummy.. there's one day all food are salty but bearable. 4) Parking: very convenience, ample parking (peak-season) 5) Amenities : its next to a shopping mall with cinema (very convenience when you need extra box to pack! just head down to the supermarket and ask them), there's seafood restaurant (very tasty nasi lemak bungkus in the evening) ..indian food restaurant across the street.

Ewe loved our stay at hotel Langkasuka the room was big and comfortable, the location was great for shopping and food, the wi fi was the only problem, it was on and off at times, but otherwise good place to stay in Kuah

15 mins waiting time for hot water.
First they allocated us a room with carpet and we requested to change the room without carpet. The room is just same as per the hotel photos. Room is clean. Air con is working fine. TV Channels are blur as always. Free WIFI is very low speed. Great things about this hotel are : It is located in the shopping mall. Hotel breakfast is really great. We stayed 3 days and all different breakfast every morning. Bad thing about this hotel : We need to turn on the water tab let it run at least 15 minutes to have the hot water.
