Recommended: The room itself wasn't what you would rate for a 4-5star hotel especially being modern and clean but the general service and food facilities was very good. Recommended: The hotel is located in the tropical forest. You can watch animals ( monkeys, barans, squirrels, flying monkeys, flying foxes- never know they even exist)while sitting at your terrasse. It was a little bit humid in the room, but cleaning lady did her best to keep the room well maintained. Hotel personnel was expremely attentive and polite. Nice food- bothe eastern and european, beatiful location, good beach. Very nice spa Free excursion through the hotel rainforest with watching animals is highly recommended to attend See all reviews for this hotel

Recommended: The room we were given initially was very stinky and DAMP. We checked in and left for a short tour. On our return we found that all walls inc the ceiling were dripping with droplets of water. (So DAMP was the room). We then asked for a change of room and were told that AC should never be turned OFF ! that was a surprise to us. So overall not such a great experience. Apart from that we didnt get a chance to try the food at the hotel. So no comments on that. See all reviews for this hotel
