The hotel seemed very new or freshly renovated. Our room was very clean, and the separate bedroom was lovely for our party of four, especially given the price.

I like to stay here when I visit my work home office because it is so convenient (literally across a giant parking lot). Some complain about the train, but I grew up with that sound so I never notice. The area is REALLY quiet other than the train. Also, the hotel has been updated, so it's also nice to look at.

In the Original Room we got the a/c was broken they sent maintenance to try to fix it, room only went down 2 degrees all night, the next morning the manger switched our room, sent maintenance up to the new room to turn the ac down while we ate breakfast and took the first night off our bill. Amazing staff and super friendly

Very disappointed. Didn’t get maid service on 2 night stay. Second night the room key didn’t work. Horrible TV set up. Guide didn’t display anything.

The staff was wonderful, although the front desk was not immediately accommodating when I asked for pillows that were not feathers. They said they ddin't have them, but another staff heard me and said yes, we do and can change them for you. First staff at the front desk wasn't friendly, the day time one was nice and friendly. The way the room was set up the tv wasn't facing bed or couch so we moved the table so we could watch sitting or laying down. The breakfast was good, although so busy they ran out of stuff because of a tournament happening. The housekeeper was wonderful! so nice and friendly. Area was great, close to everything and next to train station.

I have stayed many times at this hotel, both before and after the remodel. The remodel looks very nice but is impractical. There is no reading light in the rooms so working in the evening or reading is not possible. The light in the bathroom is not bright enough to put on make-up and unfortunately the mattresses are so hard they give me back pain. It's like sleeping on a floor with a sheet. The hotel is close to the place where I have appointments but I stopped going there when the prices were raised. Because it was Jan 2, I get a good deal. The staff and personnel are always very nice.

Great hotel beautiful lobby area. Not really walkable to much and watch out don’t stay in the back right side of the hotel because you’ll be right by the train tracks where it crosses a road and every train whales on the horn at least every hour.

Very nice, if all-too-brief, encounter
I was in an accessible room. It was lacking one thing that I would have thought indispensable for such a room; namely, a grab bar near the toilet. Otherwise, it was a fine stay, My circumstances called for a one-night stopover, but I would gladly have stayed longer if needed.

Very nice hotel. Great staff and room. Found it interesting that the hotel/rooms being recently renovated still had outdated showers in the bathroom. Would have liked to have had a safe in the room.
