Do not stay here! I found a bedbug shell on the top of the blanket of the bed. I checked out and left to stay somewhere else as soon as I saw it.

In this instance, we inspected the room immediately and found the "shell" was in fact a breadcrumb or something similar and not a shell. Hope to see you all soon.

Our stay was much more enjoyable than the previous time we had visited. The chlorine level in the pool did not make our eyes burn when sitting at the poolside and the water was clearer also. This alone made our stay worthwhile. Breakfast even seemed to be better.

The carpet on the 2nd floor was really dirty. The trash that was there on Friday night was still there on Sunday at checkout. The exercise room really needed attention. The mirror in the exercise room was really dirty, there were no towels, one of the machines was broken, and the elliptical that I was using was having a lot of trouble and making a lot of noise; sounded like it would break soon. We stay here a lot and I really like the pool area and indoor plants, and the staff is helpful, but I hope it will be cleaner next time.

Bathrub drain leaked. Heater did not work properly, room was cold. Fawcet in bathroom leaked, drain under sink leaked, only one comfortable chair in a room for 2. No daily room cleaning. Poor and uncomfortable accomodations

In this instance, we wish we could have taken care of these issues after the numerous contact we had with the guest. Older property in need of update, and the linens could have been better/cleaner. However the pool, breakfast, and jet tub in our room were great. Would easily stay here again and recommend.

Best Continental Breakfast in the U.S.
This was my second stay with BW & I have to say that they offer the BEST continental breakfast I've ever had in the U.S. Most hotel breakfasts offer just carbs & maybe fruit, but here there were also eggs, sausage, & even pre-made omelettes! It was a very excellent spread & made me feel better about the price I paid for the room, knowing that I could take off & go after checking out, without feeling like I had to stop somewhere for breakfast first. The room was spacious & clean, & the hotel was also very quiet, which was nice. If there's anything I'd want to be different, it's the bed's pillows. They aren't a standard size, but more like 1/2 to 3/4 in size, which is weird. Otherwise, Best Western will be my new hotel of choice in the U.S.

We were greeted pretty quickly upon arrival. The front desk clerk explained where our room was, an easier way to enter the hotel rather than through the front lobby. The room and hallways were very clean.

Rooms were clean, good location and area. I did not care for the layout of the hotel, not much that you can do about it. Just seemed poorly designed and spread out. Elevators were not centrally located at all, and I could see that being a problem if someone was unable to use the steps. Just an odd design in my opinion but a nice hotel for the most part.

Run the other way!!
Upon checking in my room was disgusting! When turning on the light I put my hand through cobwebs, the carpet looked as though it had never been vacuumed and the bathroom was disgusting. I called the front desk and requested fresh bedding, towels and housekeeping to come take care of this and never received a single thing! The only reason I stayed is because it was too late to find another hotel and I had already paid and was told that there would be no refund! I will NEVER stay at another Best Western nor recommend to another person! There were middle school aged and high school kids running up and down the halls all hours of the night. The breakfast was cold and greasy, not edible at all. The microwave didn’t work and the refrigerator was so dirty I could not put a bottle of water in it!
