Close to MSU campus.Posted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: Close to MSU campus.
Cons: Customer service was not very good. Too busy playing games on the internet to help us.
Spent two nights at hotel as it was close to MSU and our needs. Older hotel and in need of repair in several spots.

Hotel has great potential!Posted Feb 17, 2014
Rooms were tiny, pool was awesome, breakfast needed more than just prepackaged food, not being able to change your reservation after booking is the worst. We had extra kids join us and needed a bigger room, we couldn't change online, when we got to the hotel, all the suites were already booked. The breakfast needs updates, game tables near pool and an update to the rooms and thus will be a great hotel.

A reasonably priced hotel with a convient locationPosted Feb 5, 2014
Pros: The pool area was nice.
Cons: More options for the breakfast( ie hot oatmeal or waffles).
Location: We were in the area for a wedding. This location was convient to the church and to the reception building.
The hotel staff was courtesy and helpful. The pool and breakfast nook area was roomy relaxing.

Good for the pricePosted Jan 24, 2014
I came for a family visit for couple of days. The location is good and close to shopping center. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. I did not stay for a very long time in the room, but I overall it was good.

Holiday StayPosted Dec 30, 2013
Pros: Location. Close to MSU campus and the Indian restuarant across the parking lot is outstanding!
Cons: Light maintenace would improve the appearance.
Location: Great restuarants and the MSU campus is nearby.
I stayed the two days after Christmas. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not great but still good and accomadates well from 6:30 - 10:00. The pool and hot tub are warm and cozy. We had a little issue with our room being 81 degrees and then found the remote thermostat the next day!

For a short stay, it's a good place.Posted Dec 9, 2013
My first impressions were that it's a motel whose courtyard was converted into an indoor area. The building looked significantly older and there was a slight humid/chlorine smell in the courtyard which is understandable because of the indoor pool area. That being said, along with the pool, the amenities were great and I was impressed with the TV and work out area in the courtyard. My room was clean and organized. My only problem there (which was probably my fault) was that I thought the heat was on in the room and on the first night I woke up freezing discovering that I needed to turn it on. After I figured that out I was OK from there. The staff cleaned up my room while I was gone and was friendly in the short interactions with the desk staff and the cleaning crew. I would recommend staying there again, but just know if you want a more modern feel, you probably won't be as pleased.
