Night Mare

Posted Dec 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
Well, it was hard to believe. The picture and the advertisement were far from the reality. You need to check it before you work together with the hotel. I had better to order Motel next to high way to stay than stay in this hotel. It was worst night mare for my family, smell smoke, the shower didn't work (I could clean my body), the people who work in front desk didn't give nice reception, they went out of the building most of the time. I could spent hours to write but .............

I booked and paid for a room with two queen size beds and when I checked in I was assigned a room with a king size bed.

Hotel close to our family

Posted Nov 9, 2013
Pros: People at desk very nice
Cons: Almost everything
Location: Location was good that is why we stayed there
Expedia told us cause we ask do they have continental breakfast and they said yes ...but that did not !! We had to ask for a refridge ... Scary place ..picture on computer looked ok it said Days Inn but that sigh was gone and Expedia was false advertising we need to be compensated for that trip !!!!!!!!!!!!

Run Down

Posted Oct 28, 2013
I will keep it short and sweet. the wall paper was peeling off in the room, the TV was unplugged, when plugged in no channels at all, realized the cable from the wall to the TV for the cable channels was missing in general, asked what time the continental breakfast was and was told 6-10 a.m. but only coffee will be served. Disappointing experience overall.

Don't Stay!

Posted Oct 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
Bad, Bad, Bad! Don't Stay! Plus, Hotels.com made money on our room. We were told their charge was $88 per night. Hotels.com charge us $110.00 plus tax per room. We only stayed here out of desperation as all hotels in East Lansing were sold out for the Homecoming game.

Disgusting and filthy!

Posted Oct 14, 2013
Pros: Not a single thing!
Cons: Every single thing!
I can't believe you would have that motel on your site. It was the dirtiest motel I have ever had to stay in. Would have walked out but, all other motels were booked for a sporting event in the area. I am having second thoughts of using expedia again. The carpets were so dirty we didn't take our socks off. The mirrors were yellow with smoke! The place should be shut down as a health hazard. I read (after the fact) this place has been like this since 2011!

Posted Sep 26, 2013
Pros: nothing.
Cons: breakfast need more then bowl of cereal and orange juice.
I am usually not too picky about hotel because I just need a place to sleep. But this one is really bad. It's hurt my back sleeping there.I book 2 night..But I had to switch hotel for the 2nd night. It cost me $65/night. It is horrible.. Not recommended.

Expedia should remove this hotel from it's listing

Posted Sep 10, 2013
Pros: Location was good
Cons: It needs to be renovated.
Location: Was close to the interstate and some grocery store.
Stayed here 9-6-2013 through 9-8-2013. The place was run down, the continental breakfast was only bread, cereal, coffee and a box of donuts. It had an old place smell and room/bathroom was not cleaned during the day. Please don't stay here!

Not worth the price

Posted Jul 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
I feel like the hotel was overpriced for its quality. However, since I didn't book ahead of time, it was the cheapest option in Lansing.
