“Okay”
Pool was disgusting. Breakfast was okay. Staff was very nice. Room was arranged ackwardly.
“Perfectly fine place”
We stayed at Springhill one might. It was perfectly fine for our needs. The room, with two double beds felt a bit cramped and the neighborhood around the hotel is typical Midwest -- chain restaurants and fast food joints. And of course a Walmart. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. This area is a bit removed from downtown, but I wouldn't object to staying here again.

Ok for price, would stay there again if location was closer to the center of town.
“Finally, a great room!”
Loved two beds & pull out couch! Beautiful! CLEAN!!! We were told at check in that breakfast was until 10. Not so, weekdays 'til 9. We got down there at 9:20 and it was being put away. As there were several of us, 3 different rooms, the lady stopped & let us eat, but waffle stuff was gone, as was the hot food. They all apologized. Fresh fruit & suckers are always out! Cracker Barrel is next door, as is lots of shopping. Road is poorly marked. Hotel is back behind all of the stores! This is our new favorite chain!

awesome breakfast in the morning. love the comp suckers at the front desk. wonderful comfortable beds both the tub and sink would flood. that was a bummer.
“Functional & Clean”
Front Desk personnel were great. A very basic hotel but equipped well with a nice pool area and small workout facility (which I didn't use). The breakfast selection (included in the price) was reasonable and fresh. Free internet in the lobby area. The room was clean but I was surprised to see a CRT TV rather than a flat screen! I would stay there again although any entertainment is remote from here.
“Better than expected”
This hotel was great. We stayed here in Mid May (2009). The staff was very helpful and on top of everything. We had a a very clean room and the kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed. The room's decor was modern and cozy. The location is about 15 minutes from the Lansing airport which was convenient. There are a ton of stores and restaurants very close by. There was a nice continental breakfast every morning as well as coffee or tea available 24 hours/ day. I would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Lansing area.

Had a great time. Lots of shopping nearby and many places to eat. Would definitely go back.
