From Lanxi, the well-known city of Hangzhou is 95 miles (153 kilometers) to the north.
It's a missed chance if you limit your sightseeing to the points of interest in Lanxi because the whole region has been graced with plenty of terrific cities, attractions and landscapes. Places in the vicinity of Lanxi are Jiande, 20 miles (32 kilometers) to the southeast, and Qiandaohu, 40 miles (64 kilometers) to the southeast.

Approximately 14 miles (23 kilometers) away, this regional transport and shopping hub is where you'll find Jinhua Grand Theatre, Meihu Exhibition Centre and Yiwu Futian Wetland Park.
