“Cheap and cheerful”

Can't be beaten for the price. The location is quiet, but just a short walk from the entertainment centres and beaches. The rooms are showing their age, but are kept very clean, and the gardens and pool are always spotless. The pool is unheated so don't just dive in.

“Value for money”

Great place to stay if you are not too fancy. Young active people who use hotel just for sleeping and spend the whole day on the beach or sightseeing will love it. If you want to spend the whole day in the hotel by the pool you might be disappointed. Most of the guests are pensioners, hotel bar is only opened for several hours during the day and basically there is not much to do. Hotel is clean, well looked after.

“Pleasantly surprised”

Was pleased with the spaciousness of our apartments and the facilities were good. An ideal base to explore the rest of the resort, which was low key and relaxed. Pool was nice but freezing so we chose to only lay around it rather than go in it, although we weren't at apartments too much anyway. Fantastic to have some summer sun in February. Very pleased and would go back. Bargain!

“Perfect Choice For Us”

Our apartment was just what we were looking for. A small peaceful place in May, in a quiet residential area. The grounds were well landscaped. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Very few children when we were there. Playa Bastian was the nearest beach which was also quiet. Shops about 5 minutes walk away. Staff were very pleasant too.

It is value for money. Clean place, look after every day. The only awkwardness is the availability of reception. If you want to extend your stay you can only do it at reception times (s.t. 9-13 and 15-18, saturday completely closed).

“Lovely relaxing apartments”

Was clean, friendly, quiet, not overrun with kids. Apartments were large and had everything you need to cook and relax. Bar staff were friendly, and due to the code on the front gate you felt very safe. Wonderful time. Pool was freezing though!!! Was March however!

“cheap and cheerful”

if you are looking for good basic accomodation then this will fit the bill. the staff are friendly and the apartments clean although a little dated. it is just outside of the noise zone of the resort (5 mins walk) and is a quiet complex. this is the second time we have stayed here and would recommend it. the only real downside is that is no oven in the kitchen (only a microwave/hob and eating out is cheap) and you have to pay to view the tv (bit tight really).

“Can't wait to go back!!!”

The hotel Guaropos was quiet and clean with lovely gardens and swimming pool. Our one bed-room aprtment was quite adequate and clean. the are is not inL.as Cucharas it is located at Playa Bastian
