“Definitely go back again.”
I'm quite hard to please but I would definitely go back to Bellevue Aquarius. I was self catering and only ate occasionally at the snack bar so I can not comment on the food, but the staff were great.
“Would stay here again!”
Hotel staff informative and very friendly, nothing too much trouble for them. Apartment was very clean with everything needed for our stay. Maid service on 6 out of seven days. Complex clean and tidy but there are a lot of stairs, can be a challenge when very hot. everything you need to entertain you on your door step. Harbour area is lovely.
“A Very Relaxing Holiday”
A wonderfully relaxing week's holiday. We stayed all-inclusive, and the food was the best we have ever had on an all-inclusive holiday. The all-inclusive drinks were very good and the bar service was excellent, fast and friendly. The only drawback was the lack of a lift to take cases and/or pushchairs to the upper rooms. It seems unlikely that lifts could be installed, what about a porter service for arrivals?
“An enjoyable relaxing break”
Just returned from a fantastic holiday with my daughter. The hotel was generally well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The appartment was really well equipped to self cater with everything you needed. We had a lovely appartment on the sixth floor with a great sea view and sun all day. There were 84 steps to the appartment from ground level but it helped keep us fit and burn off some of the excess calories. The buffet food in the hotel was okay with a large range to choose from.It was really good value compared to local restaurants.
“Loved it!”
We were staying Half Board and the food was absolutely gorgeous. I'm a vegetarian who eats fish, and there was alot of choice for me. The staff were polite, the beds were cleaned every day very well. Swimming pool was freezing so couldn't swim which I'd have liked to, but it was March time so would hopefully be better in their summertime. Apartments were a brilliant size with balcony and a great view. Definitely would go there again!
“We always go every 2/3 years”
we love the location of the apartments, the size of the rooms are great and the staff and cleaners are very friendly. Would recommend the Aquarius Apartments.
“would love to go back”
cant wait to go back but hotel maintenance could be better shower not very good and no bulb in the light but we had a great time and would return
“What a Fab Holiday!!!!!!”
Just come back from 7 nights in Lanzarote Peurto Del Carmen, Wow what a lovely hoilday, Me and my fiance had an amazing time!! The weather was gorgeous every single day!! Will deffinatlry be going back in October next year!!! Our appartment was lovely, very basic but thats all we needed as we ate out everynight so it was just a place to sleep and get showered!!!! The pool was nice, but a bit cold but once you get in it its lovely and refreshing!! All the reaturants and bars were lovely and the people that work over there are so friendly to!! The only down fall on the hotel is that if your quite old there are lots of steps, so dont book a room on the top floor!! It tired out me and my fiance and were 23 & 37 but we couldnt complain as the view was fantastic!!! We did have a fab time and i would recomend this hotel to everyone!! Not to sure on what the food is like as we stayed self catering but we did look at the menu and it looked very nice!!! Thankyou for a brilliant week. Hopefully see you next year!!! “Value for money...”
This place was perfect for us. We are a young couple with no kids looking for a place to relax for two weeks. So I would not reccommmend this place to older couples or those with kids, as per the reasons below. If you are picky or fussy you will find stuff to complain about here. The decor is well dated and the place generally needs a refurb. However we spent minimal time in the room and just lay by the pool all day. If something is broken/dirty or missing all you have to do is say to reception and it will be fixed. Very helpful staff. We were not expecting much from the restaurant, but were quite surprised with the variety. Closing the all-inclusive bar at 11pm is just stupid, as it makes every one order multiple rounds at 10.55pm! They should extend it to 12am (like most other places) when the paid bar actually closes. Pros: Cheap Food Location (15 euros in a taxi from the airport & 5or10min walk to the main strip) Cons: All inclusive bar closes at 11pm No lifts in this six storey complex Entertainment (non existent for children) No air conditioning
“good value,quiet location”
The hotel's position is great as the sun comes up on the left it stays on your patio/balcony all day.In just a few minutes walk you can be in the main resort area although there are still many restaurants in the port.Only downer was the freezing cold pool!Enjoyed our time there.

Puerto del Carmen, Tias, Spain: The islands biggest and busiest resort has two very different faces. Along the beachfront is a three-kilometre long, unbroken strip of shops, restaurants and night spots. By contrast, the old port is a picturesque spot busy with fishing and pleasure boats, and overlooked by restaurants and bars, many occupying a lofty balcony position on the hill. Adjacent, the swish marina of Puerto Calero offers excursions by yacht, submarine or catamaran.
