“Fantastic Hotel - would highly recommend”

My husband and i just got back from Costa Teguise not knowing what to expect - and i have to say we had a fantastic time. The hotel was great and the food was fantastic. We went all inclusive and there is a wide variety of food which suited both of us - and we're quite fussy eaters! The Spa facilities were great too - we treated ourselves to a massage which although was costly, was worth every penny. We had a great time here - would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Very impressed”

Would most certainly return to this hotel. The choice of food in the restaurant was excellent at all meal times. Room was very comfortable and clean. The aromatherapy massage at the spa was superb and would strongly recommend a visit to use the facilities. Didn't attend any of the evening "shows" so unable to comment on these. Plenty of loungers around the pool and most importantly plenty of parasols.

“Excellent Hotel - A Must Visit - Want To Go Back!”

I booked this as a last minute holiday for three adults and did not regret it one bit! I've been to Costa Teguise before and can honestly say this was a fantastic hotel. Lovely welcome and brilliant food. Wide choice of hot and cold. My dad liked the beer and wine being on tap! Hotel has recently been renovated so was lovely. All staff are very friendly and the pool bar is lovely to chill out at both during the day and night. Good location for the quieter Playa Bastian beach and the hotel provides a free bus to the more popular Playa Cucharas beach (although this can be walked to in about 20 minutes). The beaches are extremely clean and vendors come round selling drinks. The hotel is about a 10 minute stroll from the main centre. Try the Grill Casa Blanca restaurant in the main town or the Mexican opposite - both serve great food. We booked a free courtesy room on our last day for an hour which meant we didn't have to rush - lovely! A must visit is the Teguise market on Sunday morning. This can be booked through the hotel and a bus takes you there and back. We didn't want to leave the hotel and wondered why it isn't in the high street travel agency brochures as it was one of the best we saw in the town! Go there now!!!!!!

“Family Friendly Hotel”

The hotel was ideal for a single parent travel with children because it was very secure and there were lots of the things for children to do.

“Very Impressed”

We booked this last minute and had no expectations. When we arrived we were very impressed with the hotel. We believe it was refurbished in June this year and it is still maintained to a high standard. The food was delicious and we ate far too much over our long weekend. The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable and the shower was heavenly! Staff were very polite and helpful - especially as we flew out with XL and had difficulty arranging our flights home - they were happy to assist us as much as they could. The pool area is clean and there is a lifeguard on hand at all times. Various activities and entertainment are offered throughout the day and evening. One thing could've been different - we felt the bars shut too early at midnight and we had to leave the complex to go for a later drink. Lots of families in the hotel and couples, but us two late twenties ladies enjoyed the break never the less.

“Singles, couples, groups & families - ideal venue”

The staff are really friendly and helpful - reception staff, restaurant staff - everyone. If I wanted a holiday in the sun for a week, on my own, I'd be happy to go to this hotel.

“3 star All-Inclusive”

3 star hotel - friendly staff, with a nice refurbishment. Not a 4 star though as some other reviewers have stated. Buffet ok - fairly good choices - although not always sure that they actually match. It makes for a very mis-matched meal. All Inclusive option good - lots of drink choices.

“Short break”

Really pleased with the service and the staff in general. The hotel is a pleasant walk from the seafront and well served by bars, shops and restaurants close by.

“Hotel is great but......”

Have just spent a week at the Lanzarote Bay hotel. The hotel itself and the services on offer are second to none. We were only met with willing and polite staff. But..this hotel is only really suitable if you have children or don't mind being around british families! There's plenty for the kids to do and the free lager made sure that the parents found plenty to do whilst sitting by the pool all day. If you're a couple looking for a quiet get away go somewhere else!

“Good value hotel”

A good value 3 star hotel. Good food. Room quality a bit "cheap & cheerful" but adequate.
