I booked this hotel based on the great reviews so my expectations were very high! This is our last day here so I thought to review before we travel and I get busy and distracted. I will start off with the negatives: The big ones, -I found a cockroach in my room the first morning. There were also a few dead ones outside. If I was alone I would have stormed out of the hotel because I am such a cockroach phobe but the kids were with me and I will not break their hearts. I have to say that the hotel dealt with it very quickly and I never saw them again, neither in my room or outside. - the food labelling is a disaster! Wrong labels on most things, left from the previous lunch or dinner, a problem if you have allergies and if you don’t eat certain meats or are vegetarians. When asking staff they also didn’t know so they had to go to the kitchen and that consumed lots of time waiting. The little ones, - the food was not as good as expected, a three stars tops and not a 4 star, lots of variety but most of it not very tasty and the drinks at breakfast not fresh and on top of that diluted. - no Netflix or a way to stream apps, if you have kids that go to bed at 8 and can’t catch the entertainment it is pretty boring. - you have to pay 3€ for each day for the safe in the room!!! That is a rip off in my opinion, the safe is already in the room and it doesn’t consume extra costs to the hotel. That’s a first and I thought it’s very weird. - they only give a few complementary coffee capsul

Great holiday
Lovely hotel with a few pools, tennis, basketball, boules, and a small entertainment schedule. There is also an adults only relaxation pool with sun beds and day beds. Friendly staff, very good condition/upkeep and lovely sized room. Only complaints are breakfast isn’t until 8am which isn’t great for early risers and the ‘double bed’ was two large singles which weren’t joined and would move away from each other during the night.

Lovely spacious rooms, exceptionally clean around the whole hotel. Food was generally good, extensive drinks menu on all inclusive. Pools were on the small side for the size of hotel but were heated and sunbeds no problem in January. Easy walk to the shops restaurants and a lovely area of beach. All in all a lovely hotel.

Probably the Best Hotel We have stayed in Lanzarot
Amazing place, very relaxed. Entertainment and kids club is first class. The standard of cleanliness in this place is incredible. My only recomendation and this is the only challenge we had was to cater for younger guests (small children) a little bit better on the evening meals menus. Would be nice if they had a kids corner with burgers, sausages and nuggets etc. That said the head chef always made my little guy a hot dog when asked. The staff and management in this place should be proud of the Service you deliver.10/10 we will be back soon.

This was meant to be vip booking but the hotel staff didn’t acknowledge that and didn’t wNt to give the wine, upgrade and late check out and we had to complain and contact Expedia to get this sorted which resulted in a mini bottle of wine, no upgrade and a free late checkout after multiple discussions with the manager. Our room was above the restaurant - couldn’t keep the balcony door open due to the food smell. The water and tea and coffee in the room is only given on first day and not refreshed - the staff confirmed it was only given once which is the first I’m seeing this in a 4 star hotel - we even had to give a €15 deposit for each beach towel - not really great service. It’s a shame as location is good, food is good , multiple pools and rooms are nice and spacious… but customer service isn’t great!

We were informed that your booking was made on the same day of arrival, since it was a last minute late booking there was no possibility to bring a bottle of wine to the room that evening, so it was given to you the day after. In the actual booking, we never received any details about it being a VIP or premium booking, if we did, we would have arranged the late check out for you right away. We are sorry to read you didn't feel satisfied about our services and facilities. From the internet i expected this property to be very close to the airport but it is not. It does not even have an airport shuttle. Getting to the rooms involves stairs with no elevators. The rooms are very clean, with cold tile floors, and with a beach a few hundred meters away. Excellent bteakfast

Booked this using rewards points at this gold exclusive property. Did NOT receive any of the promised extras. All I got was a lot of excuses most of which were at best untruths. Food is atrocious. Not impressed by hotels.com even less impressed by the actual proprerty and its management.

VERY disappointing. Food atrocious. Was told numerous untruths bordering on complete lies. Would NOT recommend at all. The only positive I can say is the room attendant was very helpful and polite kept the room very clean.

I hate to tell you how fabulous this place is as the prices will go up but it deserves praise. I was taking my wife away after long recovery from accident and needed everything perfect and it was. I had messed them about with Hotels.com because of vouchers and ended up with 3 bookings during my stay. No problem for the Aequora, they even upgraded us to amazing superior suite. Rooms excellent, staff excellent, facilities excellent, food amazing cruise quality, so we highly recommend the all inclusive, you wont find any better food or restaurant near by. Good mixture of all nationalities and no rowdy drunks, but be careful of the cocktails, unlike other all inclusive they are not watered down and the first night did catch some otherwise respectable people.....the bar staff are liberal with the alcohol measure. That's a good thing...... 5 mins from airport, so no long transit, 1/2 term so quite busy. after this review I hope we can still afford to go back. Thanks to all the staff especially hard working bar staff, restaurant staff and amazing entertainment staff. 10/10

Fabulous winter sun stay
Fabulous stay. Less than ten minutes in a taxi from the airport. 5 more snow walk to the beach/ shops. Our Junior Suite room was huge, very clean and ready when we arrived late morning so we could check straight in. The shower was lovely! The staff were wonderful - all very friendly & attentive. The whole resort was spotlessly clean. We were all inclusive & the food was delicious - so much choice at each mealtime. The choice of drinks on all inclusive was excellent. We spent most time at the adult pool which was very quiet & relaxing. We would definitely return & would highly recommend.

Enjoyable stay in a very good hotel.
Excellent hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is situated in a quiet area but close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The buffet for breakfast and evening meal varied and plentiful. However the Don Paco Spanish Restaurant is to be avoided. The main courses for all five of us were among the worst we have ever had. Overall the hotel is very good and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.
