The water in the shower never got warm. I tried taking a shower in the evening and again in the morning and the temperature never got above lukewarm. The vent in the restroom was really loud and sounded like it was about to fall from the ceiling, the tiles in the bathroom were loose and rocked back and forth when I stepped on them, I weigh 120lbs.

The rooms are really small and the bathrooms are dated. It was nice stay although the rate seemed high for the room.

Our room was exceptionally clean, the staff was absolutely amazing. We came to Laramie for a day/evening trip from Ft Collins. We were completely happy with our room, we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub, but of course I checked it out, and they looked clean. Thank you for a wonderful evening. Would highly recommend staying here to friends and family.

Overall good but shower in our room was falling apart. Handle almost came out, hole in ceiling, drop ceiling was yellow and dingy, Trim around bath door was ripped off. Needs some minor maintenance and would have been much better for a cheap hotel

Great location for travelling thru, as it is just off the interstate, same exit as large gas stations and such. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was actually pretty good. Would definitely stay again if passing thru.

I tried to get a refund from expedia an talked to person at counter an they oked it but expiedia dint want to return muy funds for this night as I wasnt there tried canceling an called numerous times around the 10th of january when I stayed there. Amazing staff and so friendly! Hotel was very clean and properly maintained. Pillows are on the small and flat side, so recommend bringing your own.

The staff is friendly the lady at the reception was kind and made sure I was in a good room based on my preference being on the first floor and having to carry a lot of stuff. Clean and quite. Highly recommend the place!
