“AN OLD SPLENDOR BUT NEED MAINTENANCE”

If you desire a hotel for only to spend the night or to go shopping, this perfect one; if you desires to pass long stay, only be assured that your room be not too far from the area of the pool. He is a very large hotel, it shows traces of a past with any kind of splendor (the furniture of the rooms are very good, although the television - at least the one of my room- was of old model. The breakfast is the habitual one in these cases, but be sure to arrive early or probably will have that to do very long line to get a wafle. the hotel is Motel type , if your room surrounds the pool is going to be in an area pleasant, but you can have a room very far away (as in my case) and all is complicated. By its price is fine, but I would thought a couple of times if I desire a extended stay. I believe that a maintenance in exterior painting, to fixed the exterior stairs will improve the hotel concept.

“Check in staff needs to be more attentive”

Check in clerk kept my identification, by mistake . In the three days I was there, no attempt by the hotel to return my card. I did not find it missing until check in at the airport. Called the hotel to find out if they had the card. They did.Made arrangement to have it mailed. My negligence contributed, but they had three days to return the card which they did not do.

“awful experience”

1st time in Laredo. Called hotel if we could check in earlier due to wedding at 3:00. Advised we could check in by 1:00. When we were given keys to room, bed was unmade, bathroom not clean, no towels and no liners in trash cans. Complained to front desk that we had to hurry so we could get ready for this event. By the time they got another room, the maid had already finished so we did not move. In the morning we woke up to sink full of NATS. Advise the clerk of the experience and all we were told was that we would get a great deal when we would return. Who would want to return to a room full of nats and a room that was not ready.
