We reserved a king size room, upon check in we were given a queen size room. The door did not stayed locked when we left the room, we sat in our room for over four hours waiting for them to try to change the lock. We ended up having to change rooms and move all of our stuff. Every time we used the key it might or might not work in the new room. We would have to go to the office to have the key reprogrammed. No one seemed to want to assist us or make our stay more comfortable. We ended up checking out two days early. This was the worst experience I have every had with a hotel.

Just a one nighter to see our grand daughters graduation .The chest of drawers had an awful smell that needed some serious airing out.Needless to say we kept our clothes in our luggage .

Pros: Comfortable clean beds.
Cons: Bath room mirror was dirty . Tub needs some cleaning.
Location: Excellent location.
Check in clerk kept my identification, by mistake . In the three days I was there, no attempt by the hotel to return my card. I did not find it missing until check in at the airport. Called the hotel to find out if they had the card. They did.Made arrangement to have it mailed. My negligence contributed, but they had three days to return the card which they did not do.

The room was clean and the grounds were fairly nice, the pictures of the hotel were not up to date or at least did not show what we saw when we got there. The breakfast was good, they had a waffle machine, fruit, cereals, juices, coffee, etc. I thought the price was a little high for the condition of the hotel.

Located in front of the Mall del Norte, close to everything. Room are spacious, with micro-wave, frig, ironing board, big TV; nice employees, good breakfast with waffles located in very spacious room in front of the pool. Pool is, to my knowledge, the biggest of Laredo and they clean it every morning.
