Payed for a room for 3 nights and was specific with renting a double bed room since I was traveling with wife and kids , when I show up they tell me that they are sold out , even though I had payed ahead of time for my room . After 30 min later they where able to get me on a 2 bed room .. I had payed for 3 days , on the second day which was Easter, the hotel calls me to come get my belongings that where in the room still . I try to explain to them that I payed for 3 nights and they keep telling me no . I had to drive for 1 hour to go show them in person my receipt of the reservation . Not to mention that there was people outside hotel entrance smoking weed and drinking all night . Over all had a very bad experience .Will recommend you staying anywhere but here . Hope this review can help a person or two out .

Room had a roach and bath tub faucet had issues. People next room over were loud from 1:30am-3:30am and when trying to call front desk phone I. Room does not work. Room was clean/staff was nice. No problem staying here again.

Econo lodge on Lomas del sur.
Normally in Laredo, it’s hard to find clean hotels. This hotel impressed me. The staff was friendly helpful and down right amazing. We stayed here for 3 full weeks and they asked how we were doing and if we needed anything every single day. I will definitely come back and stay here again. Keep up the good work and hopefully you all will become the best place to stay at.

Place was clean and comfortable, but there’s a slight smell of sewer as soon as you walk in the building. It’s not as bad in the room, but I could still smell it. Staff were courteous, but communication was minimal.

The staff wasnt polite and as soon as we walked in there was an odor of dirty carpet and of restroom poop my allerfies got triggeted and had to wear a mask and use inhaler

I was not satisfied with the cleanness of the hotel, when I was going to take a bath the towel that was on the edge of the bathtub seemed like it was not cleaned, it was full of hairs and it looked dirty and the sink in the room was dirty(dusty) and that was the second room we got because the first room we had gotten stunked really bad, I thought about taking pictures of the nasty room but I just thought to myself no need for that I just won’t come back to this place😡

Breakfast is supposed to be from 6am to 9am and by 7:45 nothing was left and not restocked. Evening clerk was rude on both evenings. Bedsheets and pillowcases were previously used. Pillows were kids' size, bath towels were kid's size.

Price was good but about 5 miles from the border bridge. Easy in the morning but very busy at rush hour. Good bed.

Nice staff but the towels were all dirty the room was non smoking but smelled like cigarettes it just didnt feel clean or sanitary here. Will be my last time getting a room here. Overall its affordable and reliable for last min booking & staff was really nice !
