“Not very impressed”

I was very disappointed in the stay at red roof inn, there was so much trash out side that was not called for. I feel that it needs to be remodeled it is run down alot since last year when we stayed, I think they get alot of construction people that stay there. the location is a plus. but the bathroom drains did not work proper and I did let them know, but they did not attend to the issue. there is nothing like brushing your teeth and the drains don;t work. Thanks for the survey.

I would not recommend Laredo texas I feel that being the border town it is very busy with truckers, and I feel that the hotel don;t like it if you have a laredo address. but the shopping there they have alot to offer. Thanks

“What time can I take it?”

There are two things I did not like about this hotel: I arrived by 5:00pm and I was told the room was not ready yet .....¿? So I asked to run the check in process in order to assure that I had a room, but I wonder what time the previous guests checked out and how long does it take them to clean the room. The other weird thing was that they asked me to sign in the contract and put my initials in the "verify rate" paragraph, but the rate was not the same as the one I accepted in EXPEDIA, so now I have the doubt of how much I will be charged in my credit card. i asked them but they said they did not know and what I hate is the uncertainty.

“Impressed with the quality.”

The Hotel was clean and the guy at check was curtious. Area was close to shopping and many places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable. Only trouble we had was finding parking. Other than that I would definately look to staying there again.

“Great Stay and Convienent to the Mall”

///////Intend to go back to Red Roof on my next visit to Laredo. Mall and eateries are all in walking distance to hotel. Really enjoyed staying at Red Roof.

“Just for a couple of days”

It was not my first time in Red Roff. Always has seemed me an adequate hotel for its price , good i you you go shopping or in transit. But in this time was somewhat disappointing. Although the staff does better they can, I believe they are few to attend all the needs of the guests. With a lot of frequency I talked to the front desk and I didn't answer. The elevator broke down and they delayed in fixing it, not to have been important if not to have carried heavy and large suitcases from a fourth floor. I never had felt so little extra service like in this ocasion, during which, probably by being in holidays, it had a greater cost of that I have paid in previous stays. It is not a badly hotel by the price, but I think it is for one or two days , or when only is going to use to sleep.
