The staff and the hotel is nice but for some reason there was a lot of noise in the night. Maybe they can install white noise in the rooms or close the common areas sooner. Overall it was very clean

Very clean property. The King bed room was a whole suite. Living room space, spacious bathroom. Love that they use Dove products. A/C unit is quiet. The bed is super comfortbale, and clean. 2 large tv units in the room. The freezer section in the fridge is severly frosted over but it helps keeps thr rest of the fridge cold. I missed breakfast on all 3 days, but they always had fresh coffee available in the dining section. I was very happy with my stay.

Great Holiday Inn Express experience. The front desk lady who worked afternoons to midnight was so nice and helpful. She helped keep me in the same room instead of having to change them and had a cheerful happy attitude.

My day was good. The only problem I had was the hot water in the shower. It was only one day or may I say one early morning and that was Sunday morning when the water was real hot Saturday night water was not hot Monday morning at 3 o’clock in the morning, when I got ready to leave, water was not that was the only problem I had with my Stay, other than that everything was fine.

Breakfast on Sunday Morning
Had to ask for wash towels. Morning staff doing the breakfast area vocally rude when patrons came 10 minutes before closing on Sun. Morning (Oct. 15). Slender african american woman stated "Breakfast is over at 10 not 10:02. I wanna go. I got some where I wanna go." She rudely and quickly put up items and also turned off items. One worker did extend courtesy by offering food to late guess.
