The food was very good. Cooked very well and a different variety everyday , no complaints. However most of the facilities were not open sauna , jacuzzi and the indoor pool was freezing cold. The gym was only accessable limited hours unless you kept bothering reception for a key so we didn't bother. Not much to do in the surrounding area after about 10pm

It was a dismal experience. Staff very unfriendly. We were all inclusive but we’re grumpy when asked a soft drink. Did not give even shower gel. Hair dryer was broken. On the last day the cleaner took away all the towels and we were left with none before check out late night

Good location and poor cleaning
Hi First I paid for a room with a sea view and got a room without a sea view only if you try you can see some of the sea between the trees, I asked for a room on a higher floor to see the sea but the hotel claimed there are no available rooms (I booked in advance and paid extra for sea view) The cleanliness was fine until I saw ants in the room and a lot and the bonus was in the room great gooks I immediately contacted the hotel reception and explained the case The person in charge of the place claimed that Cyprus is a hot country and it is very common for there to be insects or ants in the rooms. I was just shocked too I live in a hot country But in hotels I know that commandments are done against such pests This is the first time I have encountered such a low level of aesthetics and cleanliness

Ok hotel but very over priced.
Very small rooms and use of water parks as pictured in photos at time of booking is not included in your price and is charged completely separately which we found very misleading. Decor very nice but serious lack of sound proofing on windows/doors and music from local venue (Blue Spice) can be heard as though musicians are in the room with you, not ideal for small kids. Pool area very nice. Room cleaning lacked consistency.

Great hotel!! Great service, staff, room, facilities and location!! We are a young couple with a 1 year old baby, which can be a struggle sometimes traveling with a baby, but this hotel made our stay so easy!! We had a baby cot in the room which was great!!

We had a late check in. When we arrived we were given a room with no double glazed windows. In the nearby club there was an event and we could hear the loud noise and music. We couldnt sleep until 3:30 in the morning. When I tried to call the reception to complain nobody answer the phone. Also in the room we found an underwear placed in the hook behind the toilet door. This was an indication that they didnt clean the room as they supposed. In the morning when I went to complain at the reception they didnt pay any attention to what I was saying to them. Some other clients were also complaining at the same time and I saw that they didnt want to hear or give attention. Is one of the few times in my life I saw such indifferent reaction from people at the reception / hotel management.

Very friendly staff. Kyriakos welcomed us back after 11 years away, he looked after us so well. Wish we were still there now. Food was lovely and a variety. Very clean and tidy. Room was spacious. Jacuzzi needed cleaning and water adding that was our only let down.

Not very nice stay. Dirty carpets. Beds on the corridor.we asked for a double bed and gave us 2 single. No services by the pool area no food to order as we were not in all-inclusive order

Just a good stay
A good overall stay, However staff are overworked and seem to not fully understand what they are doing most of the time as they are passed between posts. I don't think there is one legit bar man/women they knows how to make a drink. Entertainment was minimal to say the least. Food Five stars. Info on arrival very limited as we had no rep. But all in all good stay and we enjoyed our selfs

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Although there was road works outside at the time we were there, it didn't stop us enjoying the hotel or surrounding area, and apparently the roads should all be cleared up by the time the busy season starts. Staff were very,very friendly and always ready to help. Hoping to go back again in September or October. Food great too!

Initially very difficult to find because of lack of signage and Road works. Hotel was very pleasant and rooms nice. We did only have one chair which I found rather strange for a double room. The views were excellent and was clean and pleasant. The toilet paper used was very cheap and did let the hotel down. We used the swimming pool and sauna and these were very nice. We did want internet access but this was €10 per day or €24 per week, our stay was 2 days and I would not pay €20 for something I could get for free at the cafe over the road. A reasonable cost and I would have paid. The breakfast was very good but we didn’t stay for lunch or dinner and did not use the bar. Overall we were very happy and this would have been better with another chair, better toilet paper and cheaper internet access.

Good hotel
Enjoyed my stay. Staff were very helpful. Standard of food was OK, but a little bit repetitive, especially breakfast. I am used to getting a bit more variety at a 4 star hotel. A gin and tonic was €4.50. You can upgrade from half board to all inclusive for €15 per day, so a no brainer for me.

Good stay , excellent breakfast
For the price I paid this hotel was great although it was at the end if the season . Rooms were well decorated and had a very compny bed. Only downside was the choice if channels on the tv. The breakfast however was excellent . Although technically it was not on the beach it was only a 2 min walk away.

Good hotel with a water park and a small beach
Had a great time here with my 8 year old daughter.You can use the water park and the beach is 50 metres away.Buses close by to fig tree bay in Protaras and waterworld ayia napa.

This should not be listed as a Four Star Hotel,
Air-condition does not work. A complaint was made immediately upon check-in. 'Technicians' came to room more than 3 times over 2 days and acted that they are doing something. It remained terrible and hot for the rest of our stay so I purchased two fans for 2 rooms. TV Remote control for 1 room never worked. Bed sheets were torn. When we asked for replacement, we were informed that they can only change the sheets every two days. After two days, the replacement sheets were also torn.Bed pillows were as thick as cushions, they were extremely uncomfortable. The room coffee/tea cups and water glasses were never replaced or washed. We had to do it ourselves. The small refrigerator had un-ever stands. It rattled overtime we opened the door. The towels we so worn out that they looked like rags. People were sleeping across the lobby couches almost every evening without any action from the hotel staff. This was an uncivilized, and visually uncomfortable scene . Paper napkins were thrown by 'guests' on the lobby floors, under the pool tables, and drinks were left all over the place, including inside the elevator. This trash remained for many hours and in a few cases days. Food plates were thrown on the plants on the second floor overlooking the lobby. One plate remained there for two days. This was the worst experience we have ever had in a 'Hotel'. In my opinion, this should not be listed as a Four Star Hotel, this does not even meet the standard on a Two Star Hotel.
