“GREAT hotel, eat elsewhere”
We went to Callisto Blue Holiday Village in late April--before tourist season began. We found the hotel to be wonderful--clean, large apartments, close to the beach. The cleaning and gardening staff were very friendly. I would stay there again. I would not, however, EAT there again. The food was mediocre at best. And the general seating had my seven-year-old daughter and I with some very inappropriate dining partners. There is a small grocery store in the "village" and others nearby. We found that, and local restaurants, met our needs better. While we were there it was primarily families and older couples. The television only had one channel in English. The clientele is primarily German and Swedish (There is a library full of books in these languages.)
