Its a shame as this hotel has potential. All it needs is a little TLC and it might be classed as a 4star. This is very clearly a 3 Star hotel maybe a 3 and half star. The restaurant is sun standard. Pool areas decent. My rooms sink kept getting blocked. The bed side lights took 3 days to fix. But the worst part was the ceiling had damp and the paint kept falling on the dressing table daily. A little disappointing. Overall, the room was comfortable but as i said, falls short of a 4 star for now but could easily be fixed. Lastly i booked because of the Spa which was Closed. If i knew i would t have booked. Bit misleading. Oh and the gyms equipment werent working either. Safe to say i wouldn’t be staying again until improvements are made

Quiet, stylish location, several kilometers away from Larnaca. Made for easy walking to Mediterranean and several restaurants. Would return there, without a doubt.

Theres nothing really we didn’t like. Everything here was amazing ! Starting from the check in to the check out … helpful ! Very quite place, if you’re looking to relax this is the place… it’s a family place as well. Everything is nearby, the beach is 5 minute walking, Ayia Napa is 30min by car.

Great place to relax. Staff are great. Excellent service. Dated hotel, no facilities in the room. No tea or coffee or even a kettle. Had to ask for cups for water. No water given, one needs to come prepared.

This hotel is a great location to see the sunrise and sunset. The hotel is a distance away from the town centre but great for peace and quiet. There is a bus available that goes into town but not as frequent. The pool is a good size, but not a heated pool, the seating area around the pool is nice and clean. The staff are all friendly.

Good but could be great with a little TLC
Nice hotel could be great with a little TLC. We had a villa with a private pool which was great traveling with 2 young children, bed was big and super comfortable, nice big shower and huge jacuzzi bath. Just felt a bit tatty around the edges and not much close to the hotel.

Comfortable and clean

The gym was really good. When i was there, the indoor pool was not warm enough for me to use. The staff were really great, the food very good, full of fresh salads and a variety of dishes. I actually stay 5 nights, so I got to really see what the hotel was like. It is far from shops, but there is a bus every hour or two. Look at the website Cyprus by bus to check the times. You can take the bus to the hotel from the airport, as long as it isn't late at night. Thanks, waiters and staff for your dedicated service! !!

We chose the hotel to have a rest after an evening flight. To our pleasure it is so much more than just a transit airport hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The delicious buffet breakfast included hot, cold dishes, deserts, salads, fruit and vegetables. And a variety of drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 200 meters from the hotel one can find a lovely sandy quiet beach. The whole area was so serene and quiet. You would not thin the airport is only about 4 kilometers away.

This was an amazing stay - and look forward to going back. The hotel, the staff, and service are above excellent. The facility is beautiful, located next to the sea with a scenic view. It is worth the trip to Cyprus and the hotel had access from the airport to the hotel. Cyprus is hot in October and one can swim and relax — enjoy the day excursions. It is a fabulous place with helpful staff.Thank you.

The room was dated. There were chips in the bath and tiles on the floor.room carpet was dated. When I told the reception about this the receptionist said they know about all that and that they are going to close and refurbish the hotel this winter.

It’s a beautiful hotel, very cozy and illuminated. The decoration is so delightful, it made me feel like I was at home. It has a top roof where you can enjoy the lovely view.

The design and feel of the hotel is wonderful although it is a little tired looking in the oxygen pool and the our hotel bed room. The staff are very friendly and I would highly recommend the hotel.

We booked a short holiday to this establishment because of its promising features (e.g. Spa), good ratings and nice location. The moment we arrived we couldn't believe our eyes. The hotel is situated in a deserted little village outside of Larnaca, where many places have been abandoned and are now a sanctuary of mice and pigeons. The hotel had broken glass, empty fountains and pools, pitch-black corridors and concrete floors ("natural design" according to the lady) as some of its features. It also absolutely stank of old deep-frying fat and the sea view was impaired by numerous of the earlier mentioned abandoned properties. We had booked a 40 sqm room for a lot of money, but were given a cramped place with around 20 sqm and broken curtains. According to their staff, most of the hotels' facilities were not operational or permanently manned. The bottom line is that I didn't even get my family out of the car. This place is a gigantic rip-off. Needless to say that we will not get our money back. Expedia also didn't help, but made "notes on the PC" and promised a £100 voucher, which would be around 1/4 of our expenses. Make sure you have spare change available when using their services, since they won't bother paying for even a proper low-end accomodation. And they won't help you find one either. Despite my obvious disappointment the staff of the hotel remained professional and calm. I cannot fault their behavior. But the E-Hotel is a junkyard and needs to be avoided.

We do sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations and for the feeling of disappointment the hotel has caused. We do also realize that things may go wrong in any hotel from time to time but please allow us to say that your description of the hotel is far from being fair and objective. The hotel is accurately featured in many sites, magazines and reviews. If the colors or floor or any other feature are not to your personal taste this is very subjective. The staff of the hotel tried to help you but they have to follow certain rules and have limits on their authorities. It would have probably saved you time and frustration if at that time or even after you had contacted either directly or through Expedia the newly appointed Management. This is something we urge all not satisfied guests to do if possible prior to leaving the hotel's premises and if that is not possible soon after.

The tap water was very very hard. It took a lot of water to remove the shampoo and soap Breakfast was from 7 am to 10 am We arrived at 7 am to one man trying his best to get the buffet laid We left with cold food Overall for a 4 star rating a very poor attempt 4 star rated hotels in some parts of the world will put this hotel to shame
