Wedding at Grecian Park Hotel

Posted Oct 31, 2014
Location: Cave Greko/Konos Bay
We booked the Grecian Park for our wedding and it was amazing. The room itself (upgraded as part of the wedding package), was beautiful and so big. We were upgraded to the Terrace Suite Sea View, which was such a beautiful room to stay in with a dining area the same size as the bedroom also with a private large terrace overlooking the sea and pool.

Excellent hotel in great location

Posted Oct 31, 2014
Grecain Park Hotel is located in one of the most pictouress parts of southern Cyprus. The hotel has undergone some upgrades over the last few years, however the location, pool facilities, Konnos beach and above all the pool bar and its staff are the outstanding assets. Some very good local restuarants within easy walking distance of the hotel make it an ideal place to stay, worth a visit

Nice hotel in a quiet location .

Pros: Rooms with comfortable beds and great vistas. The sports Technogym is well equipped and very good for workouts.
Cons: They did all around to the best within terrain limitations which is mountainous.
Location: Bus ride can take you to Aquarium and Play land for children. No shopping close by.
Enjoyed our stay and great variety of well prepared delicious food, staff is wonderful and helpful.Hotel is about 37 miles from Larnaca airport,it seems like a real long drive. To go down to beach is not easy for any one with walking steps up or down, but shuttle bus to the limited Beach is available with not very frequent schedule.Taxi fare to airport is around 60 Euros. No considerable shopping close by or restaurants other than one across street and a mezze bar .

Lovely view and nice rooms

Posted Oct 1, 2014
Pros: Location in a quiet area but not too far from the action if you want it.
Cons: Internet connection was fairly bad. Service in the Japanese restaurant could be quicker and better as the staff seemed quite stressed.
Location: The walk along the ocean is worth doing. It is about 2km from the hotel to the Calypso caves which are nothing much but the view is worth the walk.
The hotel is in a quiet location but only a short distance from Ayia Napa if you want to visit that area for shopping or nightlife. The hotel offers a transfer at regular times or it is a short 15euro cab ride. The room had a gorgeous view. It is a short walk down to the beach from the hotel. Breakfast was of a good standard.

Service needs improving; Good location

We have been to this area of Cyprus on many occasions, but it was our first time staying here. The hotel grounds are fantastic: the lobby feels luxurious, there's a huge pool with plenty of loungers, and it's a short walk down the cliff to the beach. The only negative is the choice of bedrooms when booking online. The inland view and partial sea view rooms are basically the same, both facing inland, but with some offering a tiny glimpse of the sea in the distance if you lean out of the balcony (not recommended). The reception staff (and particularly the manager at the time) let down the hotel considerably. We recommend the area but we probably wouldn't stay there again. The pillows were also extremely lumpy and old and the a/c only operates at one temperature.

Fantastic choice....! :-)

Pros: Wonderful location, cleanliness, the fantastic delicious food (no mistake at all) and the staff who are always ready to help you.Nothing is impossible
Cons: I think the only negative thing for me was the very hard bed in my room. (And maybe a bit less weddings)
Location: Very relaxing area. You can go to explore the peninsula (worth to do it), or to do any water activities on the beach, visit Protaras and Ayia Napa.
As a solo traveler I was a bit nervous to go to a hotel where there are lots of weddings being held. To be honest i was really worried about it. As my plane was late more than 2 hours I called the hotel from Larnaka Airport to be sure that my room is still there. The night receptionist (Dimitrios?) was absolute polite and he assured me that there were no problem with my late arrival and they were waiting for me. He made me feeling well with his kind and welcoming voice in stead of being nervous. I could arrive only around 2 am in the night and the check-in took only 5 minutes. The room was astonishing! It was on the 4th floor (425) overlooking the pool. I payed for a see-view room when I have chosen this hotel, but in the night I could not see the see at all. I was just smiling as I looked around. Everything was just simply perfect! As well as in the bathroom!! All the things you need you got it!! No need to bring anything with you, because the hotel gives it to you! I opened the balcony and I could see the wonderful pool with the romantic lights by the night with the balsamic warm air coming from the see. I just couldn`t wait for the morning to see what would i see from that see-view room. And the morning came and when I pulled the curtains out I could see the breathtaking view with Cape Greco peninsula. I cannot express my happiness! And it just was the beginning of my fabulous holiday in Grecian Park Hotel. All the staff were amazing!!! Thanks for all of them!!!

The members of staff were very polite, especially the housekeeping and the breakfast waiters. Special thanks to Mrs Soteroulla, breakfast buffet supervisor, for being lovely. The rooms were a bit small but overall a very good hotel.
