Close to the beach, and good swimming pool.Posted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: Close to the beach, and sun beds were available at the poolside without any extra costs.
Cons: The staff's attitude and mannerism. Staff need to be more friendly. Even a smile and a hallo could make a difference. The sound proof needs developing
Location: The location was good, and there was plenty of things to do nearby.
The staff in the restaurant were very unfriendly and very rude. I only found that two members of staff in the restaurant were friendly. The breakfast was revolting, tasteless, and there was not much variety. The glasses were very smelly and stunk of egg, as if they were not washed properly or only just rinsed with water. The cleaner did not change our towels every day, and was reluctant to give us a fresh mini bar of soap and a mini bottle of shampoo every day. She mentioned on several occasions that she cannot do this every day even though I asked her nicely. She could not speak English properly and could not express herself and as a result appeared to be rather aggressive. There was an extra cost of 20 euros for five days for the use of wifi which I found was a rip off as the hotel was a three star, and this facility should have been free for customers. There was a weighing scale in reception and you had to pay to weigh your luggage, again I found this to be utterly disgraceful as we were customers. A lady in reception was helpful and arranged a transport service for us when we checked out. A gentleman in reception was very unfriendly and almost refused to answer my queries and did so very reluctantly.
