“Last minute espcape to Cyprus”
Lordos is a nice older beachfront hotel. S et outside of the city, but with a good variety of restaurants near by. Be sure to visit The Oasis Bar across the road from the hotel... very friendly place to hang out for dinks and meet some locals. Breakfast at the hotel is amazing. Pools are nice and clean.. although as we were there mid October, it would have been nice if they were heated a bit...a tad cold to go swimming! The indoor pool and jacuzzi was not heated... unfortunately. The sauna and steam room were great. Guest rooms are smaller.. but clean, and the beds were decent enough.
“Palm beach hotel”
I was there with my wife and son ,this hotel is as maximum two star hotel It was very ban experience for my family. Expedia should keep this hotel out of service and very cheap hotels. Thanks

It was a great vacation. Take the tours offered because that makes seeing the island much easier and is worth the money.
“Very friendly staff but hotel is not what we expected”
The hotel was further out of Larnaca than we wanted (but thats our fault). The room was well furnished and clean but very very hot as it received the full sun and the aircon couldnt cope. Breakfast was poor with limited fruit and stale bread on the 3 days we were there and the coffee was horrible. We never had dinner at the hotel so I cant comment. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always smiling and going out of their way. However, when we return to Cyprus we will stay elsewhere
“Good hotel”
Good hotel in a nice beach setting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant and breakfast were also good.
“Safe bet”
Lodros Beach is located at the outskirts of Larnaca, a stone throw away from the Motorway leading to Agia Napa. As we had rented a car acccessing the hotel was no problem at all. There is a bus service to Larnaca, but it creates a certain limitation. The Hotel itself is conveniently located at the beach, it shares the sandy beach with two adjacent hotels. Water is ok for swimming and the complementary sunbeds does the job. Make sure you get out to the beach early enough to get free beds, they are taken pretty fast. We had bad and breakfast. The breakfast restaurant is ok food is planty and good in quality. Fresh fruit though may be in better variety. They had 3 sometyme just two kinds of fruits, plenty though. Pools are ok, not very busy, and a convenient playground with soft floor for the kids. Rooms are cosy and clean, many has nice view. A few are facing to a rather busy utility area or an almost completed construction field.
“NOT A 5 STAR maybe a 3”
Lordos Hotel in Cyprus is nowhere near a 5 star. If they are lucky it is a 3 star at most. Our initial room came with a bed that was really small plus an indent in the center. We had to upgrade to a room with a king size because they said they did not have a room with two beds, although the hotel was almost empty. This upgrade cost us an additional 25.00 Euros per day. Air conditioning was off for the hotel, I asked at the desk and they said they do not turn it on yet. Our room was over 30C, much too warm to sleep. After the 1st night with no sleep due to the heat, I requested a fan. They said they did not have any. I had to threaten to check out before they came up with a fan. Buffet food was very boring and the same the entire stay. There were no shampoos, soaps or lotions provided in our rooms so we had to purchase all of these things. They charge 2 Euros per day for the room safe, most hotels include this. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. In all fairness, most of the front desk staff were courteous. NOT A 5 STAR, NOT EVEN CLOSE
