Good stay overall
Quick check in, room was spacious and generally quite clean although we did find an empty box and open packet of condom left in the wardrobe. Our air conditioner started leaking as soon as we turned it on but maintenance were very quick to come and fix it and then we had no further issues. Breakfast was a bit basic but we only stayed one night so it was fine for us. Room was comfortable with nice view overlooking pool, large fridge and plenty of glasses/cutlery etc if needed. A little noisy at night time but kind of expected for the location. Location is great central aiya napa, nothing is far to walk.

The reception was good, hotel was in the middle of ayia napa arround everything. The room was perfect, big and comfy the balcony was excellent way too big and was good idea for tanning, Although the room didn't have any towels and phone was broken we asked several time from front desk but didn't Cooperate we ended shower and go to balcony to dry. The hotel should allow the guest to have drinks on pool and check it from room pay. It was nice

Probably one of the best places to stay in the central part of the area. Excellent staff, perfect location, good condition (seems to be fully renovated couple of year ago), covered parking. No any reason to say smth bad.

Hotel location is great in the heart of Ayia Napa, check in was fast and easy, reception team was very helpful and welcoming, rooms are decent with nice balcony, pool area is really nice, breakfast is good with lots of selections. Overall very good experience and will come back again!

Enjoyed the quiet off-season with my family.
Off-season family stay as we were passing through. Very, very quiet in the off-season so that appealed to us. I'm sure it's heavin' in the summer as there are lots of clubs, bars, etc all over the place - but everything is closed in the off-season, including the KFC! That's how surprisingly quiet it was. Hotel receptionist was great: helpful, friendly and professional. Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. Large clean outdoor pool area. Breakfast good at in-house meze restaurant.

Lovely hotel, great location
The hotel was clean, spacious and gave me and my boys the option to either eat out or cook in the room, we chose to eat out everyday but around Aiya Napa the choices are limited to burgers, pizza ,Kebab, It is not a place to be able to eat healthly. At the time of our visit the restaurant was being refurbished so we had to eat breakfast in a restaurant joined to the hotel, but unfortunately the breakfast options were basic and limited so we bought cereal for the room. Dont visit Aiya Napa between November and April as nothing is open and the weather is cold grey and limited sunshine, make sure you hire a car because the taxi drivers will rip you off and the buses are cheap but the times are very wide apart.

Great Location and good value for money
Overall 9 out of 10 for this place. Great hotel in an ideal location for anyone wanting easy access to central Ayia Napa and easy driving route out to main road when needed. Due to location it is a bit noisy at night until early morning so unless you are one of the revellers and if you are in an apartment facing the main strip then expect some noise. Maybe some extra sound proofing on those rooms would work. Apartment was excellent with everything you would need and very spacious, confortable and clean. Breakfast had a very broad choice and was very well presented, despite a busy hotel, it never felt over crowded. Didnt have an eveing meal there so cant comment. Bar was well appointed and stocked, prices not too bad. Pools looked very inviting but did not have time to try them out, likewise for the spa centre. Staff very pleasant and helpful. All in all, I will be staying here again on my return, either by myself or with family who would thoroughly enjoy it.

My weekend in Ayia Napa
My niece and I stayed there this last weekend and loves every minute.Helpful staff,great pool,and a good breakfast.our room had a balcony,and was pretty comfy. Highly recommended.

Could Be So Much Better
Good & Bad points: Good: location, quiet but very central. On site parking although very limited spaces. Good sized apartment & bedroom. Comfortable beds. Balcony size adequate. Plenty of sun loungers, great sized pool plus a jacuzzi pool. Breakfast adequate although repetitive & cheap ingredients. Poor: staff disinterested and unfriendly. Cleanliness of apartment terrible, the place will be ruined very quickly by the shoddy housekeeping. Filthy mirrors, TV & surfaces. Floors dirty & unkempt. Stains everywhere. Maintenance poor, our shower tray leaked every time & flooded the bathroom floor. Mildew in bathroom, stained tiles, poor cleaning. Air Con useless, old dated system with new controls. Poor choice of cutlery & crockery. Pool bar drinks & snacks ridiculously expensive and all cheap ingredients.

SERVICE!
It is rated as a 4 STAR on EXPEDIA! It is NOT! It more like a 2.5 to a 3 STAR MAXIMUM! It was advertised as having Air Conditioning but it did not! According to the Head receptionist Giannoula who was very nice they don't turn on the AC this time of the year! But she offered me other units that have individual units but I decline since I had the swimming pool view which was very nice! The reception staff was very nice however I had a terrible experience with one of the staff at the Bar; I ordered a pint of beer which was 2.20 euros byt the pool. I had only 2.15 euros and I told him I will bring the other 5 cents later. The young man became very loud were everyone in the pool area could hear him! He said "if you don't have the money why did you ordered the beer?" I complained to the Manager Mr Meli and he said he would take care of it...not quite sure what that meant, but no formal apology was made! I did take the remaining 5 cents to the reception afterwards to cover my debt even though they had my credit card on file! The reception is in good condition but the rest of the property is a bit old and needs an upgrade! Regards, James
