Nice, clean and close to everything.
Very adequate place. Near to everything. Amazing friendly staff especially Banbos at the bar. Nice well priced food and drinks. Very clean, nice pool, and good value for money.

The place had a family atmosphere. Staff made you feel welcome. The hotel is located within a 10 - 15 minute walk from most of hustle and bustle of the main bars of ayia napa.

Great value for a week away
Bathrooms were nice and modern with walk in shower which is a big plus point for me! All the utensils needed to do some home cooking! Complementary air con in the bedroom was very nice and made sleeping that bit easier. Room cleaned every other day, all staff were expectionally friendly and nice. Overall the hotel seemed very clean. Good location, about 25 minuets walk to nissi beach which is a must if you stay here. Very impressed

The room are old furniture but it is very clean. The parking space it is terrible. Is not rules so anyone parks the way they please do it is had to park or leave the place. Air conditioning in the book was showing include in the price but they put all the way down after all advertising price for the day. Not nice at all

The reception is awful at night. they do not want to help at all. they d not speak proper english. they callled the pool bar boy to understand what we were sayıng. For some people they take deposits and for some they try to confiscate your ID. if you insist they give it back. So unprofessional. also there is 2 air conditions in the room but one is allowed to work. It is not cheap for the service you get. The parking lot enterance gate is also broken. worst experience of cyprus.

nice big room, comfortable beds, great walk in shower, well equipped kitchen full size cooker and fridge freezer. secure parking. good food and good prices. staff extremely helpful, very kind and always pleasant. about 10 minutes walk to clubs but no noise. about a 15 minute walk into town. supermarket 2 minutes away. we will definitely stay again

Friendly staff and excellent location!
Recently stayed at the Napa Prince for 4 nights, hotel staff were extremely friendly and always had a smile on there faces no matter what hour of the day or night! Excellent location only a 10 minute walk from the main square. Rooms were very spacious with large balcony and were cleaned daily! Only issues were with the air con charges of 8 euros a day!

Just what we needed
Went on a lads holiday but wanted to be away from the main strip and this was perfect for the job. Only 5 minute walk away from all the clubs, restaurants and shops. Staff are amazing, so polite and will always help u no matter what state your in. Only thing I would complain about is the floor wasn't that clean but that's me being picky. The bathroom is stunning! Overall I loved it and will be returning one weekend in the future!

Average hotel, but good location
An average hotel, not bad at all but not that great. You won't be needing much more while in Ayia Napa as you'll be spending most of your day & night out. The guys @ the pool bar are really helpful & friendly. I didn't like the fact that they charge euro 8 euros extra per night if you want to use the Air conditioning; and 2 euros for the safe... Those should be included within the price. The breakfast options are good (not a buffet), you can order from the menu for the value of 6 euros, till 12 noon (cool!), which is enough for a decent English breakfast (2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, beans & coffee/juice/soft drink...)

I had a 4 night stay there and the hotel went out of its way to make me feel at home. The facilities and food were both excellent. The female receptionist and the nightly bartender were awesome. Their customer service was through the roof. The nightly music was in very good taste and enjoyable by everyone. If you get a chance to visit this hotel, you will not be disappointed. I stayed in C104 which had an awesome pool view. Will return.

Good return for the price
I've been there with 2 of my buds (we're all around 21). First of all, the workers in the hotel are really nice, had fun chatting with some of them and enjoyed communicating in general. The location of the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the square which is awesome, but note that there're closer hotels. You do have to pay extra for air conditioning which is impossible to live without (note that you're paying PER UNIT means 2 room = 2 units), although we managed with one. The bar is great with good prices and works about 24/7. The pool is quite small, and we actually haven't been there much - most of our daytime spent at the beach. We had two rooms which were quite big and nice. In the room you have a full kitchen including kitchenware. We've been there during September and mostly there were families and older people while other hotels had mostly younger people. The rooms are clean and everything works in them, you get your towels replaced every few days. Overall our staying there was good, just don't expect more than you pay for.

just perfect for the price we paid
Booked this on a last minute very cheap deal through Expedia for four days over the New Year. Hotel was nice and quiet and we were lucky with the weather which was lovely and warm on every day except the day we left, when it rained. Warm enough at the end of December/beginning of January to sunbathe by the pool, and one or two people swam. Ten-minute walk to the beautiful beach although it's uphill most of the way back. The walk isn't scenic but the beach is beautiful. Apartment was quite basic but clean and comfortable. Beds slightly creaky and everything seemed a bit old, but perfectly adequate. Some noise from the apartment above us (e.g. chair scraping on the floor) but didn't really disturb us. Reception when we needed them were helpful. Hotel supplies very basic kitchen equipment, but no microwave and no cleaning utensils at all. We got fresh towels on our second day there, but not the third day as was bank holiday. Be prepared to buy your own washing up liquid and sponges! There's a lovely cage full of turquoise-coloured budgies which was very sweet. Pool is nice, although very close to the street it's quite well-covered by hedges at the front, which make it feel more private. 45min drive to/from Larnaca airport - we got taxis there and back but once we got there realised we could easily have rented a car for similar/less money, and the roads seem perfectly decent. Added plus that they drive on the left, of course!

A well run place.
The Hotel is very efficiently run and the staff are friendly and helpful. It was a good location for the square just 10 minutes away. The rooms are excellent and we got a very good outlook over the pool. The week that we stayed was mostly booked up with very young people which sometimes meant some quite boisterous behaviour but it has to be said that the staff managed this is in a pleasant and effective way too. On our departure day the demographic had changed to some older people & a family. The food at the snack bar by the pool was good and the staff here were extremely fun and pleasant. The pool was clean maybe a little warm but our days were very hot. The sunbeds were popular but we always managed to get one if we wanted one. The night staff were very accommodating too. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Ideal as a budget hotel for a 18-30 group. The hotel, although kept relatively clean and tidy, is very dated and this leads to an overall atmosphere of it seeming cheap. All that said, I could not fault the staff. Running a 24hour reception and bureau de change service, they were always on hand to assist in any way possible. One big thanks has to be given to the staff running the pool bar. They made for a real friendly environment and ensured that we were fed and watered at a reasonable price.

Quiet and attractive location
The staff at reception were very helpful and efficient. The hotel is within easy reach of the restaurants and shopping services. The apartments are well suited for families or single travelers. I would recommend this hotel for a average priced accommodation when on holiday.

Besonders bei dieser Unterkunft hat mir der Service gefallen sowie die Kommunikation und die freundliche Art des Personals. Des weiteren kann man den Strand und den Innenstadtbereich sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen.

On vient à Ayia Napa pour deux raisons. Soit pour une base, pour explorer les splendides alentours, soit pour boire toute la nuit chaque nuit dans des bars entre le kitsch et le glauque. Si vous venez pour la première option, cette hôtel est le votre ! A 700m de l’arrêt de bus INTERCITY, en bord de route certes mais loin de la rue des bars et de ses nuisances, il a une piscine superbe, un service adorable, un Pool Bar tout droit sorti des années 80 qui ne passe pas de la techno toute la journée, avec un très bon falafel en cas de petit creux et un barman haut en couleur qui rassemble toute une communauté tous les soirs. Les chambres sont parfaitement équipées, la climatisation est en sus mais l’hôtel est bien conçu et le soleil ne rentre pas directement dans les chambres donc cela reste tenable. Toutes les chambres ont des balcons. Il y a un parking. Easy Riders est au coin de la rue pour louer des quads ou scooters et explorer la région. Également un supermarché qui a toutes sortes de pains locaux venus des villages, pains a la cannelle, sandwichs... Pour 50€ la nuit, impossible de trouver mieux en ville !

Good and quiet stay.
The room was cleaned, the location of the hotel is good, close to shops and within walking distance to Ayia Napa center. Only downside was that the road is right to the pool so you get noises while enjoying the pool. We were there during the low season, in April 2015 so most of restaurants, bars, clubs are closed. But we had a nice and quiet stay.

Tolles Appartment in Stadtnähe Aya Napa
My vacation took 7 days. The communication to the staff was always friendly and professional. They gave me a lot of information concerning Aya Napa and recommedations to Restaurants. The room was big, well equiped and always tidy as it get's cleaned regulary. The Pool was very Clean,too. The only negativ thing i would say is the loud street infront of the Hotel. There is a Lot of traffic in the early mornings. I would come Back and stay there any time.
