OK but expensive and could be betterPosted Sep 23, 2013
Pros: see above
Cons: see above
Good points: Nice hotel overlooking a lovely bay, staff very good - excellent in fact - and hotel very clean, lovely gardens and nice food. Bad points: pool very crowded, no supervision of guests and rules ignored, leading to a lot of noise, diving, inflatables everywhere (despite notice stating not allowed in 'adult' pool), ash trays for smokers on all tables round the pool leading to unpleasant cigarette fumes blowing onto you. 'Entertainment' on 3 nights consisted of two young men strumming acoustic guitars all singing variations of same songs, very poor considering price of hotel, reminded me of buskers on the London underground, other nights were better with some dancers and a disco. Food was good and varied, but buffet was crowded and very loud at times due to high number of young children running around. Rooms were OK and well maintained but balcony ver small, could not stretch without putting feet through rails. Overall poor value for money though the stay was enjoyable for the reasons outlined above

Honeymoon on the BeachPosted Jul 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed in a beach front suite bungalow for four nights on our Honeymoon. The room was 50 feet from the beach if that. A lot of foot traffic going by outside the room, but never felt worried about anyone trying to break in or anything. The Beach is absolutely amazing. We had a list of things to do on the island, but once we saw the room, didn't do anything but go the beach and sleep. Perfect! The service was pretty good, although it was a pill to get extra towels. The breakfast buffet was good, not great, but had a wide variety and was better than most hotel buffets I've had. We didn't partake in many of the resort activities, but they had a wide variety of things to do, and the couple that we did, were very fun. The entertainment staff are very nice and friendly. The surrounding area is nice with plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops. The party area is an 8 Euro cab ride, and is about 2 KM away if you're into that. There's also a beach bar within walking distance that is pretty busy with good music. The lobby smells a bit like smoke, and having to pay for WiFi in the rooms is a bummer, but it's free in the lobby. (not sure why it's not free in the rooms then). We loved it, but not sure what the experience would be in the main hotel as it's a bit farther from the beach and not all of the rooms appear to have good views. Would stay again, but only in a beach front bungalow.

Great LocationPosted Jul 14, 2013
Pros: the location & food.
Cons: room service and airconditioning
Location: nissi beach is the best place you can stay in aya nappa to enjoy all day activities
air conditioning never worked well although many times they came to check it. we had to pay for sunbeds, the staff on the reception was not not so helpful.

Good hotel....over priced thoughPosted Jul 11, 2013
Cons: There was no swimming pool for children....and I think that is essential in such a resort.
The hotel itself was great....staff were pleasant and friendly....and the location was excellent just one minutes walk from the Main Street. The beach was right at the door step of most of the bungalows and suites....and the beach itself was great....clear water and nice soft sand. The only thing I would say is that the hotel was totally over priced.....in hindsight I think I paid a lot for our beach suite even though it was nice for such a hotel.....but the stay itself was relaxing and rewarding. We went with our kids and for the most part they had a great time.

Nice hotel, on the beach, calm, pleasant stayPosted Jul 10, 2013
Pros: Almost everything from the gardens, the beach, the nice staff, etc.
Cons: WIFI needs to be extended free to the rooms instead of the lobby only. Need to renovate the floor ceramics.
Location: Water Park is 3 minutes away by bus, Down Town 1.5 Km, Some Nissi restaurants are just out door .
The staff were very friendly, offer us some dinner and lunch gifts in order to exchange our 3 rooms as the hotel was full and needs rooms for new guests. The bungalow suite offered was excellent so we take it with another bungalow. Everything in the hotel was very good, need to renovate the floor ceramics. WIFI needs to be extended free to the rooms instead of the lobby only. In summary it is a great hotel that you will enjoy staying.

Great hotel for everyonePosted Jun 10, 2013
Pros: the beach
Cons: no luxury
Location: very good location
It is an excellent resort despite its age. The hotel's beach is great with good services. Well located hotel, not far from the center of Ayia Napa

A little far from town, but worth the tripPosted May 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
Nissi Beach is one of the best beaches in Aiya Napa, and the Nissi Beach Resort did not disappoint. Hike the hotel s a good 25 minute walk to town, the accommodations were worth it. Th hotel grounds are well kep, and offer a great view of the water and beach. I would stay there again should I return to Aiya Napa.
