Staff was wonderful; polite, friendly, professional. The property is dated and shows its age, but they've done a good job of upgrading and making the most of what they have. Bathroom, especially plumbing, is definitely in need of work. Breakfast was great.

i wish there were waters in the room! we were very thirsty and had to go to the store to buy a gallon of water. other than that everything was great and staff was very friendly.

Very nice place to stay. It is very clean and the staff are excellent. Very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend. Next time in Las Cruces will definitely stay at Mission Inn.

This motel was truly a great find for us. We make a trip through Las Cruces frequently and we will stay here from now on. All employees we encountered were great!! Very clean room and comfortable beds. Quirky and a throw back decor. GREAT price in this economy!!!

Great staff - no elevator - weird smell - loud train going by in middle of the night. We got into town very late, around 11. I was exhausted from the drive with the dog, the cat and the kid. The staff was very sweet. She advised the train comes by 2x a night. 1am and 4am. She did offer earplugs which I declined but regretted. This a cute older roadside motel so there is no elevator. We had to make a few trips. There was a weird smell in the room. I was too tired to care. BUT - oh man, when that train came barreling by at 1ish in the morning, I’m pretty sure it drove through my soul. So GD loud. Breakfast was abundant.

We traveled with our dog and the property has a beautiful park like area in the center with grass and trees. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. The tv did not have very many stations.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The check-in clerk was very kind and explained everything well. The check-in process seemed to take forever, and there were 2 people ahead of us in line. Would have been nice to have 2 check-in people. Also, your ad should mention that you have a railroad track right across the street from your property with trains that run at midnight and 3 AM. We were offered earplugs, but probably would not have chosen this hotel had we known the train situation.

Our property is a charming true destination for travelers and we get quite busy at times.We always want to do anything we can to make our guests experience most appealing. The complimentary ear plugs we offer to our guests are a way for us to control the uncontrollable. Most people do not hear the train and many find the trains to be quite lovely. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The room was quite large, clean, and quiet, and the breakfast was very good. There’s a lot to like about Las Cruces and the BW Mission Inn will be our base for future explorations.

The hotel was set up good for having dogs. The breakfast could improve. Cooked food wasn't good. The TV was hit and miss. Some days we'd get channels and other days only some. The room phone didn't work.

This is a nice hotel but the only thing is the loud train that comes through the night. But overall everything was an amazing experience. : )

Bad fungus like smells in the room. They need to keeps the windows open when vacant. We bought air freshner near by Walmart and sprayed it and windows open, leave the room for one hour and it gets little better.

Pearl, we have such high scores for cleanliness that possibly it may have been the AC cleaner that was used in your room the day before. We are deep cleaning all rooms and this one chemical removes dust and debris within the AC coils. I do apologize for that being a part of your stay. WHen you come back we will always move you to a different room or upgrade you to a suite when available.

2nd time I've stayed here and I really like it. It's clean, roomy, dining area is good, staff friendly. Parking can be a challenge when it's full but still ok. It is convenient to Old Mesilla and downtown Las Cruces. I will definitely be staying again. Maybe even longer this time. Miss Rita is a gem also!

Had problems checking in as Expedia didn’t supply correct reimbursement info to property— even though i had confirmation and payment in full receipt from Expedia. Given room at front of property and had train whistles interrupting all night. Pleasant, helpful staff at check in and breakfast

The whole property had a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Our room was good size especially because I have a service dog too. The lawn area in middle of complex helped at nighttime. It was well lite with decorative lights in the trees. Not the usual cereal breakfast but a full display of hot foods. Including waffles,yogurt and assorted bake goods. The staff was top notch with friendliness which is rare. I’ll be back for sure!

This hotel is past its best before date. Worn out, dated, beside the railroad, room was damp/musty, tiny tv. Late day staff not service friendly, morning person was delightful. Took another $100 on card for potential room damage.. joke… watching for it to be refunded.. don’t bother going here..

The pillows were terrible. Used my robe rolled up as a pillow. Beds were great. Parking was crowded. The place was overall nice, but bring your own pillow.

Could this place use an upgrade? Yes. Despite that I live this place . The rooms are huge the bathrooms spacious and the grounds always clean . TVs are ancient and furniture is outdated but for the price and convenient location this hotel can't be beat . Mirror Score 3 Art Score 3

This motel is more like a home away from home. We planned our travel back and forth from Texas to California and included Mission Inn on our itinerary. We love the staff, the dining room, the front desk check in. All of it!
